  1. Nice Guni :D Maybe next time we'll go together.
  2. No changing your rims to 18" won't affect your suspension. You'll definately feel the bumps a little more because there is less tyre to absorb it, but that's basically it.
  3. Sorry keeping them if the question was directed to me
  4. I would have to say that most of the CAI's listed in the sticky post "CAI/SRI buyers guide" mentioned by spillige would provide similar gains from 7kw-10kw atw. The trd Cai is made for the american version of the corolla and it fits but it's not as good a fit as say the CES Cai.
  5. BKS you forgot to add me haha, I'm not on the forums much atm. :)
  6. I have 18's lowered on Cusco Zero 2's. 18x7.5 +42 offset 225/35r18 and no scrubbing, only when i Full lock turning left due to the right wheel arch having an extrusion near the front end. I don't get any problems other than the slight scrub on the left turn full lock. No touching with tyres on body while hard cornering etc. Oh another thing to consider is the cost of rubber haha. I'm getting new rubber now and I'll tell you some prices Yokohama S Drive $390 Toyo T1R $350 Falken FK-452 $310 Bridgestone Re001 225/40r18 coz they don't have 225/35r18 $380 Here are some old pictures. I know the quality is low but it was taken on my N95 lol. As you can see it's kinda low. That is the factory set height of the zero2's. I'm sure I could maybe go a bit lower but it'd probably scrub before the full lock. Plus I'm Happy with the height. If you want I'll take a picture of the car with a Can of coke as reference to height.
  7. Sweet I was looking at these tyres along with T1R and S drives, can't get Re001 for my profile. And coz many people have said they're all similar I'm happy to say that these are my next set of tyres coz for 225/35r18 THEY ARE VERY PRICEY :(
  8. Seeing that guni is insisting <_< i guess i will be joining
  9. Well it's been ages since I've been online and I might aswell go

  13. I should be able to attend :) Time to give those coils a real test haha
  14. Spotted a Pre facelift white stivo, lowered, grill and HID's with plate "SHC ***" travelling along greensborough bypass turning into watsonia road last night at 6pm. Was driving side by side in the rain and he spotted me in my newly lowered black stivo :D
  15. this scenario sounds good....can utilise the copious amounts of torque our cars have up the hills lol ;) Lol, well lets just cruise so I can test out my new Sussy setup :)
  16. Yeah i've got to second this, all the civics, the 2 dc2's and the 2 dc5's all had linear graphs :(
  17. Yeah at the melbourne national meet next year I'll have most of the engine mods done then and that dyno day just for stivo's etc will really show what the variance is really at. Can't wait hehe.
