yeah i am lazy hence i bought an aurion which is an AUTOMATIC car lol. im asking because i cant remember if its the same in other cars... i thought it kept it on the set speed even on declines... one of the major points of having cruise control is to set it to a speed under the speed limit? when u depress the brake it cancels the cruise control! so yeh im lazy... and what is the point of having cruise control if it doesnt work all the time? lol

During the week i took my car in for its first service... in perth (city toyota - northbridge - perth) they have some new style/structure/system of service centre which is heavily focused on customer service - only 3 service centres in australia have it. u drive into the service centre and and someone with a clipboard meets you at the car and you talk him through all the "issues" you have and confirm that you are there for a service and how much it will cost. i was impressed and please, they were real friendly and i got everything i wanted fixed. i had a faulty side view mirror - they replaced the whole thing. also had a faulty sensor - replaced. also told them about a clunk when driving off after a cold start - they fixed it - re-set an engine mount. 5 star service. is it too late to buy an extended warranty?

got rid of my clunk... had a service today. it was a engine mount. they had to re-set it apparently.

got a budget of $60k for a new or near new car... cant find anything that has as many features as the presara. anyone?

i thought normal tint does stretch coz not all car glass is flat. thats why they use a heat gun.

not sure if the forum committee will approve a group buy on a product that is kinda against the law?? if theres no problems... then great! all we need now is someone who noes where to get these pieces of vinyl tint and installation instructions / group installation some place? :( dont know about that but i think u should be able to order it from your local printing/design shop. the film called oracal 8300 and it cost me $60 for a 1mx60cm roll ken u use like normal tint? i wouldnt want mine so dark.

i know its no substitute but learn the left foot brake since it an auto. makes a difference being able to put it in the sweet spot coming out of a corner. ill come down and take some fotos

That's the only way to connect an amp to the stock head unit. do you loose much quality this way? im told using a pre-amp can give u an as good a setup as with a aftermarket system

Ive got the standard satnav unit and running two amps off it......Im also looking to find how i can conect my ipod to the system... how? by high to low voltage converter? did u use a pre-amp?

backlighting hasnt been an issue for me in the factory GPS. Cons no dvd playback no RCA outs apart from that im totally happy with it. got a map update off the net. they have an ipod kit now? i thought it wasnt available so i bought a fm transmitter

yay rang toyota service today and booked in the service. they will do the 30,000km service instead of the 15,000km... and warranty aint void. and it'll cost me $120. yipee!!! told them about the surface rust on the boot and they said they will have a look at it. and they'll fix the sonar and side view mirror problem.

woudnt that be too low to look at while driving?
