  3. Hey man turned out really nice!! wat springs ahve u got in there BTW??...pedders i suspect by the stance?
  4. who resets coil springs these days? can u just take it to any suspension place (falcrum, pedders) or would you have to go to someone that does like leaves and that too??
  5. So what is the stiffness of pedders springs apposed to your stock sportivo ones???
  6. im a marine draftsman....i can design u a jetty if u want one haha
  7. Because all I've heard was from The States, owners over there were reporting that it cost them between USD$550 - $650 including fitment at a Toyota Dealer. They apparently only drop 1" in the front and 1.4" in the rear. Also to quote a user (PrincessPeach) in the Toyota Nation forums: yeh ive jsut been reading that actually...not a good wrap for TRD products =S and also a bit expensive too :o might just follow the trend and get some pedders. but i went to falcrum the other day and the guy there recons they got Tein S-Tech's for an aurion that give a 1.25" front and 1.5" drop in the rear i havent heard of anyone gettin it done in theres yet and he said that if i got it id be the 1st that he knows of that have used them in an aurion......ahhh i dont want to be the 1st :( lol
  8. ahhhhhhh i see i must have miss undersrood him cos i was like theres somethin rong here lol have any idea what there worth??
  9. check this out i was lookin on carpoint at aurions and saw that this car was sitting REALLY nice so i rang this bloke up thinking he was goin to have coil overs or somthin special on it but no he said they are TRD aurion springs.........HUH????? i have never seen a TRD this low before, dont they sit like this (other photo)........wats the go there??? cos that sits fuqn good!!!!!!
  10. Saw a green aurion at the calamvale hotel with 20" ANZ five+fives's on it and it was lower than ive seen an aurion before...fuqn hot!! really want those wheels now :D
  11. White all the way...wish mine was white lol
  12. Yeh ill be out for the 1st time in ages...hey daryl can we meet up at hungries again on the way if that suits u?? cos i have no idea where the 'train' is cheers
  13. I cant answer your question but all to do with way the tune the aurions and commodores/fords. Seeing our engine is matched with a close ratio 6sp, when your giving it a bit the revs wont really drop below 4500 mark therefor they are trying to produce alot of the power up in the revs. where a commodore or a ford has a 4 sp auto (gayyyyyyy) and max out 1st get at 95km/h or somthin stupid if they had there peak torque at 4700 it wout take them 20 seconds to max out 1st lol therefor they tune them to have alot more torque down low which gives them a nice broad powerband. If our car was manual i think they would have rethought where the peak torque is, but matches with our cose ratio box i think they made in the perfect spot. and like u said we would have wheelspin like no tomorw if that was the case. thats my take on it anyway man lol
  14. there just lows right? and did u just put them in the back or is that how they sit when there in the front too?
  15. fuq that...dont waste ur time if its for parts fair enough but u gotta drive this thing
  16. :o :o this kid deserves a good samaritan award every time he posts!! if i could come to you for my services and not void my warranty thats dead set where she would go :D its good to see you take so much effort to help other people on here!! good job once again!
  17. less $2800 max, theres enough dints on it to cost u a bit, cv's are expensive, a wheel that makes the steering shutter is not good for it, and ur up for tires soon...question is why has it got a new motor and axle wat happened to it? how much is he asking? not trying to be harsh thats just my opinion
  18. ive done mine and the housing that its in doesnt come off straight which might be ur prob. push on the end that the globe is facing (push toward the other end of the housing) this will result in the other end pivoting and the end that you push will come out/pop up then you just pull it out. use force mate, its pretty tight. sorry if that was ^^^^ hard to follow, cant really explain without seeing it in my hand, daryl will have a photo sure enough
