  5. :o Nice.. can i ask where did u buy that?? really interested.. It is nice but not mine :( its on a facelift ZRE in Japan but dutchie is looking into it i believe, not sure if current Toyotas, Aurion,Camry,Corolla have the same size though but it would make it easier...

  7. Good work, been waiting to see this car, been spotted so many times... Thanks Kev ;)
  8. Somehow i dont think i'd need 30 settings, yeah just soft/med/hard... Guess it sounds better with 30... Like Pizza, you cant get a small one now, sizes are med/lge/fam
  9. If you did trade up to something as quick or quicker, have you thought of what yet? With newer you would be quick with all the mod cons, but for uniqueness and the blood sweat and possibly tears and $$ you should keep the Corolla. OH, and paint it flat black :D at least start with the grille anyway
  10. I dont like the UK one now, too cluttered,fussy... But i would welcome a colour change with our current layout...
  11. Camber isn't an issue (unless it's positive!), the main issue is on McPherson strut setups changing the height changes the toe; toe is the tyre killer. I do an alignment myself if I changed the height (I've never adjusted the height). If you want to adjust height, then yes this requires wheels off and the car to be in the air. To adjust dampening/rebound typically this can be done on the ground. Some setups require you to get under the car, or in the wheel well. If you want to reset the spring it depends on setup. If the lower mount is the height adjustment ; drop the lower spring seat until the spring no longer sits in the upper seat, then wind the lower seat back up until there is light pressure on the upper seat. Lock it off and you're done. If the spring is the height adjustment then you have to drop the spring so that it doesn't sit in the upper mount, thus the height adjustment is controlled by the lower spring seat. Thanks Lee and SD.. Sounds pretty straight forward. If i did have them i wouldnt be really playing with height, but the soft/hard setting i would... Lee do you have yours on soft? is it a drastic change between the two settings?
  12. Thought i'd revive this to get you in the mood for June and get more attendees :)
  13. I was going to say you will do far less damage to your car at the National Meet but then I just realised who I was replying too..... :P :P ooh thats cheeky but funny
  14. Gorgeous, congratulations to you both...happy days Little Lylette :)
  15. Wondering what is involved in reset/adjusting of coilovers. Do the wheels need to come off? Does it need to be jacked up? Is a wheel alignment required each time you reset them? Height or stiffness. Tools required? or supplied with coilovers? Excuse the questions but if i dont ask i wont know :)
  16. Me too, couple of shades darker maybe and some red bits :)
  17. Sounds like a good price for start to finish i think.. Worth every cent so you dont have screws showing... Looking forward to end result, i might get some too ;)
  18. Whatever it is,it sure has alot of equipment, no not male equipment, musical equipment... Went to airport tonight to do a pick up, stuck there for two and a half hours while her gear was unloaded and checked by customs.. Two jumbos and eight semis to lug it all around....Saw a bit of her wardrobe and props, most was lighting and sound equipment.. Two wicked staircases with giant upright syringes on each step,freaky....... Had to move three trucks just to get mine out, they'll be there all night... Anyway back on topic, must be a chick, you wouldnt see a guy with that much luggage :D
