Window Tint for Sportivo

Hey guys, just want to know the best place to get the darkest window tinting done in Melbourne.

Its summer and my baby boy is gettin burnt by the sun. lol

Was going to buy a Window Sox for $45 , but i mite aswell Tint it.

My stivo already has factory tint, but it aint good enuf.

And, how much will it cost to tint all windows, with the darkest tint? roughly?

I saw window socks advertised for about $5 (pair) at Priceline a few months ago. Maybe give them a quick call to query stocks.

just got mine tinted yesterday. darkest legal on front and even darker on the back windows. tint professor picked it up from my work at about 745am and returned it by 1130am. what a huge difference it makes. it was $265. i got quoted something like 310 from tint-a-car.

im also from sydney, i got mine done up the road, guy does it privately from his house, i got 18% which is 2nd darkest. 5% is the darkest, 18 is no legal but i payed $220, got it done in 1hr. Top job

Man with 18% tint, it's hard enough to see outside at night. I don't know how you can see with 5%.

18% is nice. Cost me approx $320 from Tint-A-Car. There were cheaper brands though.

Good idea voiding those window socks. It would look better if your baby vomitted on the window than to have that thing over the bloody thing.

Im in Melb and i got my windows done with illegal tints, forgot how many percentage it was, is roughly 15% or something around that on all 5 windows.

It is pretty hard reversing into driveways etc because there isn't that much vision at night. most of the time i would have to wind down my windows to see.

if you are after very dark tints, i can refer you to who i got it done from.

i got mates rates off the guy because my brother is friends with the shop next door. i have not had a problem with them since and will not hesitate to refer him to others.

I will most likely not be able to get the same price as what i paid, but im pretty sure he will beat other quotes and look after you if i give them the heads up.

Another good place to go to if you are on the east side is Premier Tint in Nunawading, somewhere along Whitehorse Road. my previous car and my whole family have gone through them and there are no run marks etc etc.
