Weird noise

I have noticed that when my car is cold, and I ease the clutch out to take off I get a suss like grinding kinda noise

Is this normal?? or does this sound like something that shouldn't be happening??

what rpm's do you let the clutch off at??

I usually take off at a slightly higher rpm to avoid stalling it

I usually just gently blip the accelerator and slowly let the clutch out, it only happens when the engine is cold and im in first to take off

Could be throw out bearing, faulty/broken clutch plate, faulty pressure plate who knows?? Can you be a lil more specific?? Does it do it in neutral with foot off the clutch?? Or only when you engage the clutch???

mine sort of does the same thing when i slowly let the clutch out to friction point then push it back in.. bit of a grinding noise when taking off i thought it was normal?? changing my clutch soon anyways so doesnt really matter..

I reverse out of the drive way, put my foot on the clutch, put her in first and slowly let clutch out till it hits the friction point to take off, and its usually about here it makes this funny noise

Hopefully its not another major problem to add to my list that needs fixing :(
