spraying black rims

welcome to the club.

yes this has been done DIY style... was covered earlier with full instructions too.

either check the wheels n tyres section or use the SEARCH button.

spray the wheels yourself, as long as you follow DIY guide they should turn out really good, i done mine a couple of months ago and they are still looking great, no chips or paint peeling. If you really want to get it done professionally i think they charge approx $70 a wheel to powder coat and that was some place in moorebank but i cant remember name.

but i just got mine redone professionally in melb at MR.POWDERCOAT williamstown very very good job A+++ but i had to get them sand blasted first i recommend that if u intend on keeping ur wheels for a while get them powder coated not that much extra and it will stay glossy for much longer

ive done both and of course powdercoating was better stays more glossy and cleaner

it was $30 a rim powder coat and $20 a rim sand blasted and $40 to take the tyres off and put back on so yerh up to u but from my experience go powder coating from the start i was gonna but to lazy lol
