I'm just really waiting on getting a car in so we can build the first set on the car (make sure it fits 100%), then jig it up from there. I may or may not get the rest of the merge collector done this week, I've got so much other stuff on that I'm trying to squeeze into my half hour lunch breaks I barely get time to eat :P

Hi all,

 

Resurrecting an old thread.  I've just bought myself a 2ZZ swapped MR2 Spyder and it seems I have an adapted 1ZZ manifold which is causing restriction.  I'm researching replacement options.

 

@the_random_hero - did you get anywhere with this?  I'm happy to use my car as a test mule.  Your design sounds something like the ForcedFed Spec DMC header in this link perhaps?

I've seen a lot of great things about the PPE 2ZZ MR-S swap header. Other than that, you'd have to go a custom set which would likely be a lot more pricey but with the current exchange rate with the USD, it could end up costing the same.
