What would happen if you remove the ECU out of a car as in overall??? any downsides down turns what would exactly happen to a car aged around early 2000 to 2005

hahaha.

removing the ECU of any car, regardless of age will cause it to stop working...

to put it simply, would your body work if your brain was removed?

To add to that, removing it from his Commonwhore then replacing it will probably not bring it back to life. Probably cause more things in it to break.

if its a commodore, it would actually be beneficial to remove the ECU... the benefit being one commodore on the roads.
