So, this thing was shown at the 2010 Beijing Motorshow...

For sure its a rolling gyoza! wonder if its crispy on the bottom steamed on top or the generic deep fried variety?!

It does posses an interesting feature in that it can be made more aerodynamic than a regular car due to it taking on a tear drop shape.
