i got some no name brand from ebay for my ae102r for about 100$

I think the difference is slight... though I don't regret giving it a go.

Value prob 2 out of 5 stars. Fun factor/experience - 4 out of 5 stars

iv had one of those cheap ebay chinese strutbaces ($45) and then bought a cusco one ($180).

cheap one: put pressure with your palm and it will flex with little resistance

cusco: very firm, needs lots of pressure to flex, inadddition the mounting brackets had 3x thicker metal

Strut bars. Do you mean strut bracing? As opposed to sway bars (otherwise known as anti-roll bars)?

Whiteline make a front strut brace for the 05 Corolla. KSB603 is the part number (www.whiteline.com.au) I have one on my Sportivo (cost about $200), but I agree with and1, sway bars are far better BFYB in my opinion. I run a Whiteline HD rear sway bar as well.

Rear sway bar and front strut brace are the best thing you can do to a Sportivo that is used as a daily driver. Front sway only if you are plannning on hitting the track regularly otherwise enjoy understeer on the road!!

If you are atfer prices let me know. Happy to help you out!!

For those going on about a group buy refer to the group buy section of the forum and follow the rules there to set up a buy. Then to raise awareness (assuming the buy gets the go ahead) provide a link to the buy thread in here.
