Would be really grateful for some information. Forgive me if I have missed a relevant thread

Between the poor consumption Im getting and reports that oil prices set to soar Im considering an LPG gas conversion.

I did come across one post with a brief discussion about two types of systems (one a lot more expensive)

Could anyone give me a brief rundown on the pros and cons of converting; specifically:

* Difference between systems

* Approx cost

* Rough idea of where my break even costs lie assuming I travel about 12,000 km per year (all city driving)

* Any major drawbacks to having GAS over Petrol

Many Thanks

For 12000 kms per year it won't really worth. In my opinion only.

you need probably at least 20k a year, better to have 25k to get the money back in time to then start saving. for 12k, i would suggest if you are not using premium start doing so.

What fuel economy are you getting?
