Toyota Aurion Sportivo Silver Striped Bumper??

Hey Everyone,

While hunting for my Aurion I came across a car with a grey striped bumper line rather than black.

I put a deposit down for the car already but just wanted to know before proceeding :).

Now I have never seen this one before after seeing about 5 silver Aurions and a few coloured ones.

Is this a factory default option, a special one or is it aftermarket?

I've never came across one like that before, and I'm pretty sure it's not a factory option either. Therefore, my conclusion on this situation is that the plastic strip must have been repainted by the previous owner.

That's a sportivo model and it's been repainted... Never seen those in the same colour as the rest..

Thanks for your replies, I had a look inside and the bumper has never been removed.

Screws are still intact with original paint and all the factory glue still on.

Looks like a very good job if they managed to paint over it without removing the bumper.

I`ll look under it see if the colour on the back is black.

The car does look nice with the particular colour.

Yeah I’ve seen this done before on a couple of Black ZR6's had the front section and rear bar done in silver and another one done is the graphite colour similar to the TRD 3500S

Paradigm and I have spoke about doing this to our cars once or twice before lol

ive done the front of my sportivo bodykit.. left the back as standard thou.. IMO the black part of the rear bumper looks great :)

i dont mind the look of the charcoal looks pretty tough i think :)

The car is for sale at $20990, 12 months rego has done 45,475kms and hasn't moved every since (its a dealer car) :)
