working with my mate at his mechanic shop to give him a hand

end of the day we mucked around with my car, hooked it up to the computers, changed fluids and parts

man its good having a hydraulic hoist and air tools! makes it sooo easy to do stuff

but here is a shock,

pulled my plugs and this is the result

mate says he sees it cars all the time that... here it comes... run E10!

now not sure if hes correct and of course will create a lot of discussion but just thought i'd pass it on

as well as clog your injectors, and not burn as well etc

i think i'll be putting premium in my car from now on

oh and drove a celica today, LIFT IS AMAZING im so getting a Sportivo :D

sorry not in focus, iPhone sucks

white and mostly broken electrode

whiteness caused by E10 (apparently)

Hopefully swapping out my rather ruined plugs will get me some more power and performance from the engine and hopefully efficiency as well.

dam, never though running E10 could be a potential cause of damage to spark plugs!

I was shocked too mate.

We serviced a Hyundai today with its 90k service

Stock plugs were absolutely farked and were causing the engine to miss fire

New set of platinums, a full service and $450 later the customer had their car and it was running perfect

Damn mechanics turn over some money replacing fouled E10 plugs
