hi all,

I suspect I *may* have done an engine mount at a recent track event I attended. There is a knocking coming from the front left side of the car whenever i brake or turn left.

What I'm wondering is, what are my options in terms of aftermarket replacements? I've heard there are solid mounts but they can increase NVH quite badly.

Keen to hear what people are using.

Thanks

Alf

Doesn't sound like a engine mount

Load up ur engine foot on the brake and look for excess movement in the mounts and check the mount itself of it is split

I've done 3 front mounts then went to inserts..
