hi, couple of a days ago i took my toyota seca sports hatch model to its first service

currently i feel a change?

the accel pedal is must more reponsive the car goes a lil more even with a lil tap on the gass

and oh its auto,

i rmbr it shifting itself at about 2.5k rpm

now it changes more often at 3

the steering wheel is a lot softer aswell

is this normal after service? and what do they actually do ?

Yer .. i gotta take mine in for my 1k service soon too

when i first turn my car on it idling at like 2k rpm and then after its warm about 1300rpm think its a bit high .. but hoping that the service they tune it up and it will iron out all the tiddliy bits

The high-revving when cold is a normal Corolla thing, so Toyota tells me ... it's one of the things that help to warm up the catalytic converter quicker.

First service isn't really a service but more of an Inspection and Adjustment. Basically they check over the car to ensure that everything is where it's supposed to be and make adjustments if necessary.

If the car feels a little different it's because they've made adjustments to or lubed your steering/front suspension components. They may have also adjusted your throttle.
