Creaky sound from steering wheel

Hey guys. check this this out:

this is a friend's car :Aurion Presera 2012. steering wheel is creaking like hell. but it works fine. just has an annoying sound coming from steering wheel itslef.

how can we fix it? someone suggested baby powder!!!!

No clue how you can fix it. But I mean, I'm sure the car still has warranty?

Dear Silver-Aurion we are Iranian and here we don't have any desirable warranty services! Irtoya(the agent of Toyota in Iran)employees are such a complete idiot!:| so I prefer to do it myself and any comment will be appreciated.

I sprayed some WD-40.but my problem is not from firewall side.it's just from the steering wheel.

hey guys. this issue has become epidemic here. so far I have seen 3 GSV50s with same problem. it seems that when clock past around 10K it happens. anyone has the same problem?

Check also the strut bearing... if its worn or not seated properly it will creak
