I'm a proud owner of this 2004 Corolla sportivo.
Quick, zippy you name it.
The only thing I hate about this car, is the standard clutch! I cannot get into gear properly with it. Need a heavuy duty one :(

Pictures so far of my Sportivo.

^this... why would you get a HD clutch if your clutch isn't broken LOL you dont even need a HD for the power youre putting out

Wouldnt heavy duty clutch keep you rev more stable?
When I shift into third gear, it doesn engage into lift as quick as gear 1 to gear 2. Looses to much rev. So that's why I was thinking a heavy duty would help stabalise it and keep the lift engaging.

How's 3rd gear now after you've installed your new clutch?

HD clutch is for clamping power. The car would shift the same if u didn't adjust the clutch after u installed the HD clutch. They adjust it anyways so no need to worry about that

Thanks Rich70! Shifting is way easier now, smooth as. Lift just keeps going ahaha. And my ground clearance is prob around the 100mm mark or just a cm lower. Lol. Amazed I havent been pulled over yet.
