Hi all,

I was wondering on how to remove the cover of the headlight assembly, there're alot of water marks and stuff on the inside of the assembly I want to clean?

When I removed the assembly there appears to be screws holding the plastic cover to the assembly but when there're removed it still won't unclip, are they glued into place or something??

Cheers,

the glue that holds it together is called butyl.... it needs to be heated to soften it enough to pull apart.

check youtube theres a gazillion vids on how to do this.

Yer they do work but its a slow process .... if you have to use a hair drying look into using the cardboard box method.
