Hey i have an ATX and i feel that the front seats don't really support me enough when going around corners as much as i like. So are the seats in the sportivo models any better? i presume that this would be the best swap as they also made for the front airbags. How much would you expect to pay for them?

There was a set of full leather interior on gumtree for 300 last week

I'd probably pick seats on this order based on grip:

- TRD 3500S
- TRD 3500SL

- SX6
- ZR6

If you can find a set of TRD seats, those would be the way to go. Just finding a set would be the tricky part, but if you did, they would be worth it. The extra bolstering on the side is quite good. The suede inserts on the bolstering adds just that little bit of grip to stop you sliding. Sat passenger in a TRD on some spirited drives and the seats hug you quite a bit. The reason I'd probably go the 3500S seats over the 3500SL is due to the extra suede that those particular seats have. The 3500SL seats grip, but the leather can be a little slippery. Same goes for the SX6/ZR6.

I will have to keep a look out, presume that some of those seats comes with out leather?

The SX6 seats. ZR6 are full leather. I'm not sure if SX6/ZR6 have extra side bolstering over the AT-X ones, Tard can you clarify this at all?

Come to think of it, I'm not too sure. I haven't really looked into such a thing in depth. From the looks of it, the Sportivo seats have (slightly) extra side support on the lower cushion, but the upper cushion looks to have the same:

Thanks for the info guys, giving me a lot to think about and look out for. On a side note i would like to get some seat covers can anyone recommend some?

Depends on what sort of material you're after if you don't end up swapping the seats out, but the only thing I'd recommend is make sure they are built with airbags in mind so they don't hamper them deploying from the seat.

You've got proper fitted (padded type) covers which would probably be better in that regard and then there's the slip over, (thinner style) ones.

Go visit Supercheap and have a look around, they've got frangipanis in a range of colours.
