I am finding when the fuel gauge on my aurion zr6 is on 1/4 tank and I put $10 in the tank the cruising range reader does not change and remains on the cruising range number before I had put the fuel in. Is there any way the cruising range can be reset?

It automatically resets, $10 is likely not enough to trigger the reset.

When I add another $10 after the additional $10 it still does not change but the fuel gauge goes to 1/2 a tank but cruise reader remains the same

Have you tried filling the tank full?

With fuel prices as they are $10 would be around 7-8litres which is about 10% tank capacity. As I said above, it may not be enough to register.

I would have to agree with Trent on this, I personally have not tried this but my theory would be its not enough to prompt it to refresh, it may even think you're on a hill and which makes the float higher by a little bit.

I would say fill it up and see if it changes.

I know it's slightly off topic but my avg consumption took ages to refresh one day, did change after a while
