i would never have another car without them, and i know of at lease 4 others on the forums running cusco's that would say the same thing.

ive never lowered my car with jst springs so i cant really compare coilovers to anything else..

however the appeal of being able to choose a height and dampening is quite a positive.

u will never get the same ride quality as stock.. but ur handling and driving experience/fun will definately increase!

*two thumbs up*

i was the 1st to get cusco zero2..

for daily use, makes interior rattles after a while..

keep that in mind but other than that for handling wise

cant get better :)

other than the coilies, also need to get good tyres to help them

or else still be going under.. my 2cent :)

Yes true about the rattles already started hearing them but u knw wat .... its a corolla its built to rattle

<_< <_< <_<

And yes i gave the tyres an almighty test .... just imagine 80km of natio run type roads but the difference being the road is smooth and flat unlike the natio :D :D :D :D :D :D

My verdict ...... I LOVE MY SETUP :D :D :D :D :D

So given the generally harsher ride with coilovers. Would users recommend a 16" or 17" wheel/tyre package to suit?

if you go 16's you will have better tyre selection AD07's etc appart from that i dont think the ride would vary alot between the 16 and 17's

and for tyres best bang i reckon the rt215.. performs very well on streets..

and they dont wear as fast as other semis :)

if u want street ill stick with ad07 or bridgestone so3

What spring rate did u get with the Zero 2?

7kg front and 5kg rear are the standard springs rates on zero2 for corolla's

unless u request other rates on ur order :)

from my experience the zero2 spring set up on the dc2r are a little better..

they have 8kg front and 6kg rear..

no, on the track 17s are NERVOUS on the limit with 215/40r17. 16s are faster around the track as well.

i know pippy will tell u the same.

rt215 are no longer available they have been replaced with rt615 which have a design more suited to cornering then the 215s

Hey guys r coilovers easy to install??? can i do it at home my self??

Well, with the right tools and know how, yes you can. Danz did it at home with a couple of people to help him.

But you'll then have to get your wheels aligned at a shop anyway after that.
