I searched to see if this has been mentioned before, but couldn't find anything, which surprises me.

My auto highbeam on 2016 Cruiser turns itself off after dipping, then back on again when it sees fit! Happens intermittently, dealer can't fix it.

Anyone have any clues?

You know all hope it lost when even the dealer can't fix anything. The quality of service has declined over the years. How can the dealer just throw its hands in the air and say they can't fix it when they have access to all the latest diagnostic tools and inside knowledge we can only dream having for ourselves.

Take it to another dealer and shame the other. Don't hesitate in naming the lazy dealer here either.

Is there an option to turn off "auto high beams" ?? I seriously don't know why you'd want it in the first place. Pulling on the stalk when YOU need it seems the best option to me.
