Anger.

After being betrayed by my 'then' gf (this was 1 year and a half ago) I embarked on a 2 hours, 7 days a week weights journey that worried my friends and parents lol. Screaming and murdering muscles seemed to fix that for me and turned me into a bit of a tank hahaha.

Get angry boz!

For lunch at work I only eat fruit which includes, 1 apple, 1 bananna, 2 kiwi fruits and 1 nectarine or peach.

I dont mind salads, fruits, veggies but I do like to eat meat especially bbq's YUM!

Ride a mountain bike you will soon realise that every extra kilo you need to hual up hill is a bad bad thing.

I'm about 2 kgs over weight now and really need to drop back to 72.5kgs.

But so much yummy stuff around. If I didn't do my 10 - 12 hours a week on the bike I would be a big fat pig.

I'm hovering around the 90kg mark, whilst this wouldn't be classed as overweight (I'm 6'2"), some of it is in the wrong areas. Ideally I'd like to tone up and lose about 5kg, possibly 10 (gives me a better chance at being a driver for FSAE too), been eating too much junk over the past year. 80kg would probably mean sacrificing a bit of intended muscle bulk, but my frame isn't huge anyway
