  1. http://www.aquadip.com.au Contact Michael on 0412 865 066 Mail to: PO BOX 429 Matraville 2036 Sydney NSW email:aquadip@ozemail.com.au I emailed them asking for a quote (to do the whole interior), they said between $1,000-$6,000. Also they will need to take the car for a week (all depends how much work you want to do it).
  2. Theres a guy on ebay, selling full set (front & rear seats trim) for $595 (I THINK) or $370 for front OR rear. Friend bought it from the seller (last year)he liking it! cheap yet looks really nice. took them about 2 months to make it though. pm me for the details, or you can search ebay
  3. Hi guys, thinking of getting a power window conversion on my car. Anyone can recommend me a shop in sydney?
  4. I was also planning to get a Scanguage II, however, I've read that Australias OBD standard may not work with this american device (something about pins being reversed maybe). I'm just straight out confused about the standards now and am not sure whether to invest money on something like this. I'll be very interested in your progress with this. RaZeR ScangaugeII will work with most vehicles from 2003 or later (for Australian Model, In USA its 1998 or later) Volume of the GEN 5 Fuel tank is 70L. --------------------------------------------------- I've been using the Scangauge II for more than 6 months now, and I can tell you that if you input all the details (engine, fuel tank,etc..) correctly, the information you'll getting is really really accurate. I just love all features on the scangaugeII, best gadget for your $$$. On my Echo, I usually fill up when the Fuel reading on the scangaugeII tells me it has 20km to go (love to go to 0km, but DON'T want to risk it). oh yeah it also tells the Intake Temperature :D (Scangauge are in the process of programming ScangaugeIII...I can't wait for it!)
  5. here are couple ofo close-up pictures of the Toyota Satnav It reads DVD-ROM, but wont play DVD movies. There should be a way of cracking it. as one guy mentioned to you, not worth it. You could get the Pioneer AVIC-HD3 or AVIC-D3 for the same price.
  6. would the Scanguage II work on an 05 camry? I've read that the (american made) scanguage may not work on aussie cars. **should** work anything after built on or after 2003, works on my 03 Echo (for Aust, in the US they have it on cars since 97/98).
  7. most Toyota dealer give out a complimentary hand wash after each service (major/regular service).
  8. ^hmm.... that's the opposite to me. I did a full tank on my echo, and according to my scangaugeII, it uses less (just last week, filled up E10, done 80km so far). I forgot exactly but I got more than filling up normal unleaded from shell.
  9. where are you located??? if you're near fairfield, well there's a really good mechanic. he owns the shop himself (plus his wife). he can do everything, but the only downside is the time (since he's working all alone). all our cars get service by him. if you're interested in his details, pm me.
  10. what i usually do is, give the side (near the foot well area) a light smacking. LOL it happened when i used to have the 6 in dash cd stacker from toyota.
  11. nice ride! I was tempted to buying a starlet (8 months ago), had a looked around the net & paper. found several but they were still above $5k. I would get it if it has power steering :D
  12. you mean 185/60 R14 ? well I would NOT put different size from the rear (you might change the car characteristic). But double check again with the dealer (if they say its good, then do it) I can say that the stock tyres arent grippy enough for me.
  13. I know couple places that touched/play around with my tv system in the car (they charged the extra time, watching tv from the car).
  14. ohh...sorry I didn't quite read it properly.. So in the single din headunit, there's 3 buttons "CD" "Tape" "Radio" ? right?
  15. Totally agreed with you on that one. I'm pretty sure Caltex bribe all the guys that did the test!
  16. this is what you call a "cold start" there is a way to minimize cold start. buy those engine electric blanket, really useful when temperature is minus.
  17. I used to have the Toyota 6in dash stacker on my gen4 cam. but as one person said, check your trunk. but in gen 3,4 cd stacker was an optional thing.
  18. CAI & muffler will gain power! I know that my Camry is quicker than the stock
  19. and what is meaning for 4X100 ? 100 is the PCD of the alloy, and it measures in Millimeter.
  20. so why did you need to buy a new ignition cylinder??
  21. I would recommend getting 16s, but I would NOT put anything bigger than 17s. I don't have a Yaris, but I do drive the 03 Echo and I've put on the 16s Sportivo Corolla Rims :) Im loving it!
  22. geezeee, your spelling is REALLY BAD! hmm where do i start...?! intake, you need to go to an exhaust shop and ask them to make you a custom cold intake (like what I have done with my Gen 4 Camry). Exhaust, get Borla or TRD (don't think they make them anymore.. but you can try). goodluck with your project :)
  23. check out tradingpost.com.au or drive.com.au :)
  24. there's a guy here, but i cant remember his nickname....just search the all the Aurion Posts.... LOL (sorry not much of a help here)
