Ooooookay davvy... 1 rotors are mild steel, brand new or 19 yrs old, a few drops of water causes rust stains Take the rotor off, get a wire brush on a drill or something and take rust off, spray with black paint if u like but obviously not where the pad makes contact with the rotor

u need the side plastic bits, u can get em from toyota, they are the ears or something like that

On the topic of friction points. Mines slightly low and changing gears is perfect havnt had a crunch since last august when I did my box and clutch, tho I havnt been driving since then it still gets driven here and there by family.. I might adjust it a fraction higher Also, a new push rod for ur slave cylinder ( a longer 1 ) will fix it too

Sup Dave, so a knock a or noise like metal tingling? Check your rear exhaust muffler, it isn't hitting against the top heat shield

Obviously the friction point high enough so when u press the pedal all the way down to the floor full disengagement accurs at the pressure plate, but not too high that the thrust bearing is always rubbing against the pressure plate causing premature wear on the bearing not to mention the clutch isn't engaged 100% due to the fact the bearing is slightly pressed on the forks Hope it makes sense Dan

Mick the syncros are more than likely fine Buddy u need a clutch adjustment cause it ain't disengaging properly, or a new clutch !

Ok auto climate will be the pricey bit Don't guarantee me 100%.. but I'm guessing for 1 obviously ull need the centre console which is expensive as is 2. Is the wiring thr same? Climate works off sensors like outside ambient temp, ur ac isn't going to turn on when it's 1 degrees outside, inside cabin temp to vary the temp, 3. Your door flaps ( this is the doors that open and close your vents ie floor face demist etc ) is cable, sportivo is electric.. Same goes with your vent temp mixer, controls hot and cold... Too much hassle I wouldn't touch it And ur dash, why get a sportivo one the motor won't rev to whats on the dash lol Get a levin if u can and as for if it's a straight swap I wouldn't know..

Ok so the plans today was the beach, but knowing me I would of been annoyed to go with this flap thing broken, I pulled the centre console out and had a peek, spring is still there, the flap just poped out of the hinge, I put I back in all sweet now

Yeh tonight something got stuck under the flap for the centre console cup holder? Next to the handbrake, I tried to open it and I think I broke something cause it's lose as rooting a bucket of water now lol Before I pull apart things and look what can it be? Any answers appreciated, wanna fix everything b4 I sell
