Just before people speculate as to what happened with me. On the way to the natio that paddy wagon did pull me over. I was probably speeding 10 - 15 k's over at the time. The first thing he said was "Were those two blokes in front of you your mates". and started quizzing our motives. I had a chat and said Yeah just some mates we are on our way to the gong. He breath tested me and gave me a warning for dangerous driving?? i dont knwo why??? Anyway he proceded to say to tell "my mates" to slow down as he saw them what he called " street racing" of a set of lights a 5 mintues before. Im guessing he was referring to you dylan and the soarer as you were the only people in front of me. He was actually tryign to overtake me to get you guys when i sped up thinking it was Voy (Grey-Rolla) trying to get in front of me, so i kinda saved you :P Anyway he was an alright bloke and lucky for me clean records in the past 6 years that i only coped a warning. Hope the cruize was alright and there were no close calls. -Bill

seems a tad slow for 240kw in a corolla - need to remove those subs and i reckon easy 12s :) Actually for a FWD car, this is quite impressive. Maybe we can get a group buy on TRD Superchargers for 1zz's :D Actually, If you read the 9th gen forums you'll find that adding a TRd supercharger along with a heavy list of other mods, you'll be running between 14.6 and 15 quarter miles. so basically its like adding lift that the stivo already has. Although i'd love ot have one on my 1ZZ just so i can keep up with Bill :P

Try Nexen n3000 for around $130 - $160 a tyres. Best budget performace tyre money can buy. THe guys at Top Ten Tyres rave about the perforance and wearability.

Silverstone are a great budget brand tyre and used all over the world. I doubt it was the cheapishness of the tyre. It is more likely it was like these guys are saying.

Sweet guys you all better come. Like i said if we can get 20ish cars then we CAN choose who we want to race. It's $45 and you get around 5 or 6 runs. This is a great chance to sharpen our skills before the brisbane event or even try and get some more stivos under 15 sec's anf 1ZZ under 16. I just emailed them asking just that as the AEM site does not show this. Even if it is the original on eits still cheap for what it is.

This will fit 2ZZ as well but there is a Different part number so the bracket fits better, I dont think they have that one.

Hey all, I know there was one of these a while back but now im interested in buyign the camcon unit after hearing nothign but good reports from guys at 9th gen. SO i tracked down the cheapst i could find which anded up at EDO performance is the states. I have emailed them for a price for 3 units. If your located in Sydney, go to fairfield markets they have a stall with heaps of neck rests im sur ei saw a trd one there. heaps of trd stickers and badges as well
