Karma got ya back this time with the tempe purchase.(lol) one of our mobile battery van operaters charged a customer $1730.00 for a $173.00 battery(paid visa) and she signed without looking,wasnt p/up for about a month,so im thinking she sh!t when she read her statement.

Tempe,on ebay and ended with no bids,had em$400 or $500 buy now so messaged last night would you take $300 and i pick em up? replies yes come and get them.Cool so i thought.Went today after my service and same guy tells me they sold,no they didnt i said He said later i thought you picked em this morning,sorry one of the other guys must have sold them bla bla bla.. Then tries to sell me 18" chromies.. pretty much ended there.. So now i'll look elsewhere for a 16x7-7.5 and if i cant find black i'll get em painted.. Something fat.. Damn those 2 dollar shops By the way is your Aurion on members rides? just saw your avatar.Sweet Sh!t that sux :( , i actually got my Fox rims from Tempe delivered to Melbourne no dramas,but had heard some stories,but they had the wheels i wanted so i went for it, lucky for me it turned out ok. as for the members ride thing im just a newb when it comes to setting up pics & stuff so im learning the missus new camera and how to get em onto my confuser and then to this forum and its all becoming a bit much(lol) but im picking it up as i go.

i agree mate,i put mine in(front strut & rear sway) 3 days ago and its the best mod ive done to date followed closely by my tyres,the service and delivery from Ultra Racing was great big thanks to Luis also. :D

Unfortunately, "no time" is the response I get from most mechanics and tyre places. That's why rattle guns are used. the get em in , get em off, get em on, get em out attitude from tyre shops around the place is scary... we rely on our wheels to keep us on the road.. nd poor balancing, fitting or attitude to safety is scary sometimes. i cringe when i hear rattl guns banging on the clutch when they are being done up in a shop... Delarue Tyres in Carnegie will be getting all my fitment, alignement business from now on... they took great care, and did an excellent job of diagnosing a wheel wobble i had.. and they used a torque wrench to finish off the job. very pleased! weve got a 3/4'' impact rattle gun for the trucks at our workshop,biggest drama is keeping air up to this monster,this bad boy would screw ya head off ya shoulders it weighs about 8-9kgs and a bugger to lug around the workshop ;)

ya firewall is behind ya engine(open bonnet look at windscreen and then look directly down and thats the firewall),also look for ya brake master cyl it usually goes thru the firewall.p.s i dont think ya should put an amp on ya firewall unless ya got plenty of room and its not on the engine bay side i hope,under the seats is a good place for amps.

im gunna give Mobil 8000 a plug been in the car since new,my old piece of crap Ford BA XR6 i used BP ultimate for most of its life and theres no comparison the Aurion runs sooooo much better or is this because its a Toyota and not a piece of crap Ford.(hehe)

yeah i heard drilled aswell only going for slotted,and those TRD brake kits are soooo nice but a tad exspensive im hopin to get away with it for about $1000 all up with pads.

yeah there aint much choice,im not using for track, just better street breaking so hopefully they hold up for me.would be nice to be able to do my own test on em if i could just get the full set, do it all at once with pads and see how she pulls up and performs over time as i know what my stock pads & rotors perform like(good but not great the Aurions no toy a speed)

ive got DBA4000 slotted front & rears on order,fronts no drama in stock,rears (so im told and im in the auto industry)were due good friday out of production.no confirm sale date,but cant be to far away.i started the chase 3-4months ago.(and if i find out my spare parts guys been sh!ttn me i will threaten his azz with my parts account which is prob $4-$5 grand a month so he should be on the money.)

thought kappas only come in 5 stud and 05 corollas are 4 stud yeah ya proberly right im an Aurion owner and not up on what suits the rollas but they looked very similar(sorry bout dat) Was this on the South East suburbs? Yep our yards in Huntingdale. yeah...might be mine :( ahh sh!t man did it have a JDMfck sort of decal on rear window if so man im so sorry she looked real hurt :( yeah, thats my baby. are you handling the repairs? or are you assessing it? maybe chat in PM? sorry dude we only had her for about 24hrs and the ya insurance co.must have told our smash people where to send her.if ya not sure where she is contact ya insurance they should tell ya.p.s sooo sorry bout the damage man & hope nobody was hurt cause i see some real shockers come thru the yard. anyway pm if ya want to chat more.

wow!!! i just installed the front strut brace & rear sway bar from Ultra Racing and the difference is huge,smoothed the ride out heaps,braking more controlled,corners great,and allround feels more solid.this is by far the best MOD ive done to date.i just cant stop smiling :D :D

Nice but dont like the studs.. Anyway ive decided.. 17" Kappas seeing as i kept my Dunlops.. Plus ive always said i only go an inch bigger than standard.and they will be a pain to keep clean but they will be for my genuine Toyota look,and my play look iam looking at these at Tempe used but they are 16x7 and remove the red..$400 Ive also noticed that any spokes that go to the end always look bigger,Kappa is prime example.. what you think? not sure about the centre of that wheel (Tempe photo) dont look right,i think the Lenso range is a good choice,i got mine from Tempe hassel free no dramas.and ya right nothing half decent these days is cheap,but as my mum says SHOES MAKETH THE MAN and i always added that WHEELS MAKETH THE CAR.(lol)

I looked at D40 and heaps of stuff came up, are they those Nikon coolpix ones? Looking around $300 to $400 suits me. yep D40 is a nice little unit and if price is a drama i found TEDS CAMERAS were a little bit dearer but they offer extended wty & backup support and its a store ya can walk into if ya have any dramas unlike online(thats my choice, ive been burnt before shopping online)the camera i purchased came with everything thats needed inc twin lens kit/carry bag/mem cards/filters/charger/spare batt/3yr wty/ect ect and i found that if i had bought online(from US) maybe i could have saved maybe $100-$200 AUD max but in the scheme of things i prefer local backup when making such purchases of this size.Good luck with what ever ya get and see at the meet in Melbourne

you can disconnect neg or ya can fit an ISOLATER SWITCH either ways ok.maybe you could also give it a little charge when ya get home,overnight should do it.

i just purchased a Canon EOS450 digital SLR,but i found TEDS CAMERAS a great website for pictures/info/price have a geez if ya havent already cheers. Wow,you paid that much :P Good site Ted's,also Digital camera warehouse site.. Saw a nice Canon powershot or those slim Nikons and Sony.. Briefly what is the difference between optical zoom and digital zoom? im no camera expert but i think the difference between OPTICAL & DIGITAL zoom is,optical zoom uses optic lenses so you can focus in yourself and digital self focuses but seems to enlarge the picture and not zoom in, if you know what i mean. p.s yeah this little baby cost a packet but the missus really wanted it(she is into this sort of stuff more than me) so i guess i reap the benifets of havin it (annual meet in melb so i hear lol)

if ya got some spare cash look at the Advance sport range in YOKAHAMA ive got the adv 103 sport 245/35/R20($600ea) and in 21yrs of driving they are hands down the best tyre ive ever owned
