update on this noise... rang AAMI up and asked them what was going on and they said that the repairer was waiting for his OK to open the drive shaft as this is where they think the noise is coming from there. finally some bloody progress in this thing. hopefully they can fix it or give me a hire car straight away. having no car frustrates me to the max

BC BRs are good i have them on my car now. no problems as such so far and very comfortable when the dampers set at 0. even at 10 all round they seem to be still acceptable :)

dw about that, as long as u dont pull up ur hand brake after tracking thats fine, use a chok to block the car from moving. the rubber wont melt, over time they will blow out meaning that rubber will expand as the temperature gets hotter. this will lead to spongey brakes under heavy braking. sometimes using a higher rated temp fluid will make this better but i'm sticking to the genuine fluid in my car. with these i'm not sure ow the zre corolla rubber brake hoses are designed... i'll ask my supplier and see if he can get some but i dont think they have made them yet for the new zre corollas.

yep checked underneath and i saw a grey bar underneath it would it be hard to take it off and replace it with a stock one? anyone got a stock front sway bar for sale haha yeah I may have one sitting somewhere haha

the front sway from whiteline isnt much difference to the stock zze123 one anyways. thats why they never bothered to make one for our stivos. if i were u just get a stock swaybar to aviod any hassles and ur knocking issue and sell off the whiteline to a zze122 owner... btw... did u actually look under ur car to see if it is the whiteline sway bar? toyota could be talking a load of bullcrap. FYI, whiteline bar is a grey colour. stock is just black.

asian backyard stylez they used different angled mandrel bends order from a supplier i reckon. they took the ones that would be most suitable and butt welded them together. it would have been nice to have the one continuous bend over the torsion beam, but i think i got my moneys worth :) also i should say that the material that was used for the mandrel bends were a lower quality stainless steel. i knew this by sticking the magnet on it and while it did stick, it still slowly slid off the metal, when i placed it on the varex and the straight sections of the pipe it didnt stick at all. ;)
