  2. now, another stupid question from me: how tight should you do up the sump bolt? i'm guessing tight so the washer crushes is too hard? LOL.................................................. -_-
  3. nice rice ;)
  4. omfg, hope u get it back dude... confidential information on the ipad in the wrong hands is NOT cool

  6. all good to hear mate! ;) bloody asian drivers
  7. hey ham i just noticed ur plates are T_T lol... wouldn't it be cool to have a plate with a underscore... but it'll just be like this T-T
  8. this made me lol... it's funny how the generation Y populace think grammar is second to "fulli sik msg spk" in this case it's email speak. Email break-up I mean come on... how long does it take to type in a few commas and full stops, let alone fix a simple spelling mistake?
  9. i use the separate polish and wax. this brings out the shine in the black better than the 2 in 1 polish + wax. i dont understand getting the top wax from megs? i use the normal canaubra wax and after 6 months it still shines like when i first did it. water beading is still the same. obviously swirl marks are apparent but thats what u get for washing it weekly and using it as a daily. with a white car, you will get away with the 2 in 1 as white isn't as "showy" as the black cars. i also find that the clay bar after claying it for the first time, isn't really needed. When i clayed my car after the initial 6 months, it didn't have many contaminants. so i might leave it for a full year to see how that goes. parking it undercover also helps ;)
  10. $177 a tyre..... thats cool... wait... $177???? PER TYRE???? HOLY MAMA!!!! hope they do you good ^_^ removed bird sh!t from my left eyelid with hot water from kettle. worked well. until it kinda stripped the wax off too and left a nice grey residue behind. used a dry cloth to wipe it after. hopefully it didn't strip off the overcoat too :P
  11. errr.....................................................................................oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
  12. looking good there bro, for a moment there i thought u had a professional to take those interior pics. then i saw the scuf marks on the map holder on the drivers side and the reflection of u on the painted centre console :P
  13. sleeping............................. ZZZZZZZZZZZzZZZZZZZZZZZZzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. tis what we call gay
  14. awesome... looks exactly like mine when i snapped the aerial off with the jet wash brush ^_^ yes as mr. R said, supa glue to hold the bottom female screw in place. but make sure you have the female screw touching the aerial wires that feed into the headunit, otherwise ur gonna have crappy/no radio. i replaced my remote control aerial with a stubby one so the reception is sh;t anyways goodluck moite ;)
  15. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIMON! +1 to wrinkle, not that you care... have a good one mate ;)
  16. spotted guni's old car in caroline springs with johnnieboi yesterday... think he sold it to an asian here... :P well at least i'll be closely monitoring it to see whether he is looking after it or not...
  17. is that a orange sportivo!? :o a green one is coming to the streets of melbourne soon and to answer your question. i bought mine wih king springs super lowers. scraped everywhere but that will leave some mistakes until i decide to repaint it ;) they are 12mm off the ground BTW. i find this height most comfortable as i can clear my driveway well
  18. for all you NSW people out there. i was coming back from sydney yesterday when i came across these safety T-cams. while these are straight forward there was one thing that i was pondering: what are the two rope black looking things that u roll over on the road? they are those black rope that doesnt stretch all the way to the middle of the road. in victoria, these are used for counting the amount of cars and they have a counter bolted on the side of the road. not sure if the ones in NSW are used for the same thing or are they part of the speed camera. reason i'm asking is because on the hume hwy i came across those black rope things and i was accidently doing abit over as i rolled over the ropes cheers
  19. Whoa that is really really clean!
  20. Post my overall experience with this car yesterday... It was slow... HAHA joking... :P Went to homebush n parked in the main car park and went hunting for xoom's stivo ;) So i came across this black one with stock height... Nope thats not it... Then walked up abit n saw one with jdm taillights? Umm... Maybe? Checked out the front amd yes... There was that damn unpainted aftermarket grill there But one thing that put me in doubt was the plate... "doesnt he have custom plates?" i thought. Rang up a mate n asked. He said those were show plates I checked out his car more... Chrome indicators... Check TRD 16" inch wheels... Check Yep this is his car ;) Ok... So i quickly took a few photos with my iphone but had no flash so photos became too dark. I didnt want to shine the led torch i had just so i dont look like some car stalker. So i waited another patient 2 mins :P for xoom to call. When he finally came after 1 min :P i looked at his through the dark thinking: "wait is that xoom? He looks abit bigger than in the fast fours mag pics. But same bum fluff..." He also looked at me and then away and i reluctantly called out his name He said he looked at me and the mazda parked beside him n thought it wasnt me, so he looked away... HAHA. Had a little chat and i found out that "the kebabs were getting to me" hence the difference from the "model pics" in the mag took a few more photos and off we went for some fuel... In car there was a slight buzzing of the bosch fuel pump made for the supra (if i remember) there was no bad vibration when idling/revving 3 to 5k from the mount inserts like mine did. Everything was red inside. Exhaust does not drone (that is heaven) Engine bay was nice and neat and engineered. Was a theme of blue and black and grey dust :P. Battery removed/relocated to the back which gave it more needed space for everything else he had in there. Custom built everything. It was absolutely insane. Boost was amazing. The pull and g force makes my car feel like a slug (yes i hit lift afterwards down motorway/freeway) and lift with boost? Four words: omfg :o u have to sit in the car to know what i mean. Shifting to 2nd and hitting lift again? Revs faster than mine in 1st gear lift lol Oh yes... Blow-off valve for extra rice :P After all that, before we parted ways he said "hey mate, just to let u know that wasn't full boost..." I just looked at him like this 0_0;; Thanks for giving your 5 mins of your precious life reading this review It was insane. Absolutely stoked to be able to see this in the flesh. One thing mate: Paint that damn grill and side indicators to match your car LOL
  21. Or a hammer with a cloth folded a few times over the head ;)
  22. I reckon u should just change the belt too since u spend the trouble of getting the alt off. (u said the belt was the original one right?) My car buzzes when i accelerate slowly in 5th n sometimes 6th as well (like a supercharger too :P) does this mean my alt on the way out too?
