with this push rod... i saw a diy in the workshop section... but when i change my clutch i might get the extended push rod from monkey wrench so it never does drag again. its annoying not to be able to stay in lift still i might pay my mechanic to do it... saves me from stuffing things up <_<

what pod did u end up using?

i'm sure the 2zz's can lift over those potholes :P

so with this clutch dragging i get... if it happens frequently... what parts will i be damaging apart from the clutch and gearbox? and in gear box would it specifically 1st gear? the 1st gear would be the strongest gear so it wouldn't be that easy to damage right?

Oh then either i misunderstood marks reply about reducing vibration in the cabin, or vice versa. Wat i wanted to know is there anything to reduce/eliminate the cabin noise when these things r in? Btw hows shifting in lift feel pirate? mine seemed to be more direct... apart from the "crunching" dyslexik heard last time just before i took them out :P i also thought that the car didn't lurch forward when i offed the accelerator to shift gears.

so should the increase in vibrations and noise...isn't that why you had the ES engine mount inserts taken out today? was talking about the engine dampers... combined with the ES mount inserts i already have

don't worry lee, there's nothing exciting on the videos except when Duy's wife laid it on him after he downshifted a gear on a curve, without blipping the throttle. Thus, upsetting the balance of the car on the bend and making the tail slide out as it did. Think the other motorist had a fright of his/her life with a corolla rear end heading in their lane. gg lol. those videos arent edited thus i wanted to keep it as original as possible for u guys to do watever u want with them. so there are quite a few boring bits in it. :ph34r: remember i toldu once the camera cut out? that was the 15 minute video i was behind lee that whole time. when it shot itself i lost that chunk of the footage... :( next time when the roads arent wet i have more balls :P then again i'm not too crash hot on the streets, esp wet ones :P if only i could have showed u winton with johnny in the car, he was scared ****less LOL

maybe add the engine damper as well taht could ease the vabration problem If there is such a thing for our cars i wanna see how well they work before putting the mount inserta back in the car. Im already missing the performance :(
