Been running on E10 for some time now , and im getting constant 10.5l/100 avg. Very happy with that the best power performance with that fuel. Also the Aurion is 300K old.

This coming monday the red rocket will be doing laps of Baskerville Raceway ( Hobart) been waiting a long time for something like this! BTW the red rocket clocks up 300K this week.

I have had the unlucky runin with a large marspial, and need a complete front end for my SX6 , I thought I got away with just the bottom section, but took chunks out of the top too. Already have to replace the radiator and condensor. Any ideas from the mainland as I think I would be extremely lucky to find one in Tassie.

Hullo my name mentioned, yes mine is a clear one put "AURION" signwriting on the inside, then sprayed the inside with ordinary black paint.

Just an update, I spoke with one of the owners, and the head gaskets blew as well, and it was cheaper to get another engine rather than repair it.

I am going to get my new exhaust guru to design and build a single system, cant see the point of trying to build a full twin system.

thats good then, just keep an eye on fluid levels and temp guage.

Still a concern, though I am wondering, like the previous V6 the waterpump is replaced regardless if its ok or not at 300k. Maybe this should be done with the Aurion too. I do have to drop the engine out soon to fix an oil leak and replace the manifold, so will put one in then.

both 07 atx and nana'ed , mine gets the racecar treatment.

There has been 2 engine failures in recent times, both caused by waterpump failures, both vehicles had below 300K on the clock. Has anyone heard of this happening? Im rather concerned.

Your not the only taxi here, anyway that is the correct filter, and if you can get it at that price go for it! you will pay around $80 from a dealer.

When was the last time you changed the intank fuel filter, I also experienced this problem, replaced the filter, problem solved. It was very black!

The video I posted of my car is pretty much the same setup as the Blue Aurion video I posted earlier. My car is not the supercharged version. I have deleted the rear mufflers and gone with 2.5" pipes at the end nothing else. These vides wont show you the sound you get from inside the car though. Will try to make one or find one. Is there a problem with too much sound on the inside? I did something similar with 1 3/4 pipes with 6 inch length resonators and the drone was bad. just wondering if theres more sound on the outside rather than inside. Another point, has anyone tried to fabricate a single system, or a full twin system?

Thats where I have gone wrong, I did mine in 1 3/4 diameter and with the hotdogs ! I have tried it with the mufflers off and I thought it was tooooo loud !
