  1. i remember seeing a corolla din +pocket kit in strathfield costing 50 bucks, but i didnt like the look of it... but it may be all you are looking for though. its made specifically for our current model rollas so you shouldnt have problems fitting it.

theres so much info on these forums that you shouldnt have a problem doing it yourself! unless you just want a professional finish then get them to install if you got the $$$ to burn.

check out jb hifi.. theres 1 in castle hill im sure!?! its near the harvey norman...

id pick jb over strathfield anyday and you can sometimes talk down the price! did that when i bought an ipod + accessories from the mtdruitt store.. pretty sure all jb's do the same thing (if you talk to the right person)

  2. you can see that their style in the music they produce has changed as the band grows older... but you can feel theres always some personal meaning behind the lyrics that pretty much consistantly shines through in all of their albums.

    great aussie talent i say!

  3. 2x Soundstream Van Gough Sub in a sealed box...running at 600w each =] heavy bass... + smooth too. SQ Subs.

Why are they named after artists?

van gogh subs? - sound so good itll make ya wanna chop ya ear off :P eh.. dont laugh at that that joke was crap.

that is interesting ay? sounds like an attempt to make the product sound a bit more classy.. guess they can get away with it since these artists are long dead.. otherwise they would probebly have to deal with copywrite or trademark or something similar, taking someone elses name to make their own product more known...

when it comes to certain liquors like champagne and wine, the french kicked up a big stink over the word "champagne"... mariah carey suing mary carey for stealing her name.. theres been heaps of cases where trademark seemed to be stolen..

cadbury complaining bout darrel lea for using the same shade of purple on their packaging!?

    what else was there..

  4. hahaha

its a common thing in china, being not as car educated as australia, they would put ferrari badge on any car, as long as the badge or sticker looks cool than its alright , but maybe these guy just think its funny to do it......well, its red........

reminds me a lot of what they do in philippines...

heres a pic of a new "mercedes" i came across in '05

  5. Taking it as no pictures???

  6. I love the kicker Ive owned it for like 5 years and I cant kill it. It sounds like I have atleast 2 ported 12inch subs into boot, but I only have 1 solbaric in a tiny sealed box, and have boot space to spare. Only downside is that weighs as much as 2 normal 12 inch subs (big mofo of a magnet).

yea i was suprised how heavy my lil kicker weighed as well.

i built my custom fibreglass box without really considering weight distribution.... seems im going to have to bolt it down somehow to keep it from tipping over when i make a hard right.

its strange- you can order the aluminium grille for the 8inch solobaric in australia but you cant buy the actual sub?!?

I bolt it down to the child seat restraints, I just made up some little brackets.

if you can figure out how to strap it down, please let me know

  7. that reminds me...

there was a boxer tonight.. islander.. think he was fijian? kinda lanky.. kinda slow and winding in his punches... lost his bout

did you notice he had "HE" "SHE" tattooed on his pecs????

now whats that suppsoed to mean?

  8. got nothing against the 41yo aussie. hes got balls to be his age and still goin hard in the ring! he took a lot of punishment.. but i still dont like the holding and grabbing that was going on.

glad the ref didnt stop the fight due to cuts too.

yea hopoate has gotten in shape since his first bout! good stuff, but got worried he wouldnt last the 4 rounds.. seemed puffed out real early, though he knows how to load up his shots real well.. but yea no suprise in that bout either. i noticed in the replayz he looks to the body n punches to the head.. and vise-versa when he hits to the body.

looking at the boxers b4 each bout, i saw no suprises in who won in the end.

and since when does a boxer like to be called "honeyboy"!?!

  9. oh yea kinda 4got bout that bout..

i asked my mate - "if you were to pick between a 41yr old or a young champ with 1 hand... who would you pic?"

that was a good fight.. but the old man annoyed me with the grabbing, the holding and the walking round...

  10. yea i took my thumb out and bought the mundine PPV tonight.

    good event all round..

though nothing overly exciting happened in the earlier matches and certainly no real suprises in who won each match, but the main event was gold!

Although Soliman was knocked down in the 2nd round and looked real wobbly at various points in the match, soliman kept on battling! got guts to stay up for as long as he did tonight. at least there wasnt much wrestling, holding or dirty tactics that youd kind of expect (besides spilling the ice bucket in the corner to buy more time between roundz - good 1 team soliman)... its nice 2 see a good, clean fight with no questions left unanswered after the final bell.

nothing but respect for both boxers!
