would the celica trd short shift fit the corolla 03 as well?

does anyone have a pic of levin gauges? is it the same as this, but black background? tacho max = 8000 speedo max = 240km/h if the numbers are different then obviously my speedo isnt going 2 be any accurate if i change it...

done that long ago.. itll do 4 now but i gotta find a proper solution. damn toyota shoulda realised there was that massive reflection off the side window when they designed this thing. its annoying! ok went to their website.. not much use. they dont have our model corolla and the dials they do show are not much different to the dial we got on there now! green, yellow, blue.. lalala. those dials replace the ordinary black dials that the older corollas have. im trying 2 get my corolla dials back to black! actually i think the US corollas have the black BG with only the numbers lit... u think the US corolla gauges would fit?

the reflection of my dash gauges on my drivers side window has become more and more of a distraction. at night, they reflect on my drivers side window and it distracts me when im trying 2 see out to the right hand rear view mirror. has anyone modified their dash gauges so that the background of the gauges is black and only the numbers light up? anyone recommend a place 2 get them? is it diy? how much do they cost?

looks as though 4 of us are actually from NSW, 1 from central coast, the rest in metro syd area? we gotta nominate a 1 person to recieve the sydney orders. itll be cheaper for us if they were posted together. kick it to me!!!!!! hehehe that way i dont need 2 drive all round sydney 2 pick it up :P im 1min away from the Woodstock Ave exit of the M7... or you could all just pick it up from me at the next monthly meet.. that is if its alright with all of you if you choose me 2 send it 2.

yea... if you got no sportivo.. you got no lift :( wish i knew that b4 i bought my corolla. had NO previous knowledge b4 i found my conquest in the paper and bought it. was doing more research on the xtrail & camry v6 coz i was planning on buying 1 of them.. but the rolla was the cheapest option and i ASSumed they were all the same engine underneith, so i bought the first 1 without doin the research. not that my car turned out 2 be a lemon in anyway, still love the car 2 death... just doeznt have the LIFT that every1 talks about.

i dont doubt in the slightest that a CAI will give a huge improvement, but if i didnt have a fear of getting defected, id get every damn mod that i could afford. instead, im still planning on doing the DIY intake, same as bitracerz to get the thing sucking cold air. probebly wont perfom as well as a CAI, but i dont have a stivo... no lift... not a person who likes 2 drag or race... basically subliminal mods! so my car will be better than stock, but you wouldnt be able 2 tell the difference if i didnt show u.

i was suprised by the sound coz i only have an aftermarket panel filter in a stock box... im only driving a conquest! so sportivo- no lift, no turbo etc. thats y i found it odd or perhaps something was broken? but yea, i guess i got nothing to worry bout.

i most probebly havent heard it coz i dont personally know any1 that has a CAI anyway!? LOL yea id probebly notice it if i was listening out 4 it... but yea i mostly just drive from A to B.. never gone out cruising with other modded up carz b4, just 4wdz... ill try 2 pay attention next time i go 2 a meet
