Dude Which year corolla ? Which country are you in ? The ZZE122 remote has a screw on the back. I presume it is to replace the battery.

Thanks 'leasaunce' Actually you gotta turn the key to ON 3x as fast as u can (leave in the ON position) , then the security light will stay on, then after that u press the remote. Works perfectly ! Damn Toyota dealer wanted $20 for 30 seconds work !

Guys, As above, I have bought a new remote from my local Toyota Dealer for my 2000 Camry Conquest. Anyone know how to enable it ??? Thnaks in advance.

The 4wd Matrix has independent Rear Suspension. The Front Wheel Drive does not. I think its the same as the Rolla . But don't quote me either !

Maybe it's the gearbox/diff dragging on the ground after slam into 2nd/drop into drive Sounds very strange and definitely not normal

Your Koni Yellow's damping settings

My Koni Yellows are on the softest front and rear. But I drive like a Grandpa most of the time....... Much better than the bouncy standard KYB Gas. :D :D :D Remember that adjusting Koni Yellows only changes the "Rebound" setting not "Compression" -
US Market Rollas have 5 Stud OZ and Jap have 4 stud.......... Any 1 know why ???? :(

Have a look in your toolkit that came with the car. The plug spanner is in there ! Go and get yourself some NGK Iridium Plugs (about $15 each plug) Part No. BKR5EIX-11 They are supposed to last 60,000 kms. So you won't need to do it again for a few years Standard Plugs are supposed to be replaced every 20,000 to 40,000kms.

Firstly they're illegal in OZ unless you have an automatic levelling device + headlight washers. Secondly they work better with Projector lenses, not standard reflector headlight.

That would be one reason why they might call them "Lexus" instead of "Toyota" Most punters don't know that they are 1 and the same. Then again I think Williams' problems haven't been engine problems alone, so who knows how they will go. Will certainly make things interesting ..........

Hey Guys, I've just noticed on my '02 Rolla that when I switch to High Beam only the centre two lights are on. ie. the two closest to the grill. When on Low Beam the outside two are on (which is normal) Is it normal for only the centre two to be on when switched to High Beam ??? Edit : I know the Low Beam Globe is single filament only, but I thought it would stay on for both high and low ! Edit/ Can someone confirm this please ? Cheers !

yeah you can use Synthetic or Mineral in the 1ZZ. It will run fine on either. Important thing is to get the correct Viscosity ie. 10W-30 or API SL and change it every 6 months or 10,000 kms Look in the Owners Manual.
