I adjusted my clutch and it only helped marginally. I crunch once in a blue moon and it does **** me off. Shifting slightly to the left seems to help when going into 2nd. I'll like it when I have a new clutch though.

All good dude. The lesson learnt here though is... ALWAYS BUILD A SH!T LIST. In other words, compile as much evidence or crap on the other party involved in the accident, no matter how nice they are. If they change face on you then you're ready to crucify them ;)

It was crapload better than Andersons effort. However the storyline and character base was still utter tardness. The only thing I appreciated was the Predator's hunting techniques in this one (which were far more accurate than the latter). Omnibus is still FTW

You'll be able to keep the stock shocks for... oh... maybe a year depending on how much you're driving? They'll blow out rather fast. I'm not too sure whether they'll have enough travel, in my experience, if you were going much lower than usual you'd replace the shocks with shortened ones.

In all seriousness dude (sorry I had a few beers before, BECKS FTW!) Rolla Boy is on the money. I'd say about a visible gap of 1 inch between the tyre and guard is low enough. If you drop it lower it can look 'ghetto low' which is worse than having it at 4x4 height.

yes If you want to be sick uleh, then the answer would be no though. You gotta have teh uber lack of suspension travel when you go over da bumps, otherwise your car won't look 'fully'.

Depends on how you're training dude. I'm literally murdering the hell out of my muscle groups in the gym now, so from what I've read and been instructed it seems that a max of 4 hits a day is what actual size trainers need (because they destroy so many muscle fibers). When I say 'murdering', I'm basically piling on the weight, going through around 6-8 reps and then being spotted slightly. I only stop lifting the weight when my muscle(s) simply can't take anymore and they're screaming. I'll stop lifting when I literally 'can't' lift anymore lol.

By all means cut carbs back if your fat index is going up (to be honest I was loading the hell out of my body with carbs, way too much to be honest). 3:1 ratio of protein to carbs for me now. If you cut carbs back completely then you can die long term. Look at that Atkins guy who invented the diet. Didn't he die from organ failure or something due to it? lol
