    erm, im not that great with these set ups as im a newb as well, when i went track, i kept it at 35 warm, and when it becomes cold it drops down to 32, all around a friend told me that tyre pressures dont play a huge difference when it comes to street tyres.

    if you are getting after market speakers, then yes, i suggest an amp a 4ch amp will be fine for sound quality, installation is very expensive so ask around your area, tell them you have a $1000 budget
