  1. other thing is that with the more popular coilovers you can have them serviced that gives them a new lease on life
  2. in regard to stock shocks then yes, if you get shocks that are designed for the lower springs then they will be fine for many km's to come, the koni's/super lows on my 1zz are still going strong after 60,000km.
  3. i wouldn't pay more then $150-$200 to have them fitted, some of the melb guys off the forums may even be able to help out...
  4. looks like they have run out of idea's, just got the back of one car and the front of another and glued them together.....
  5. so when does uncle corey call around to give the little one its first dose of lift......congrats mate :)
  6. yes but it does record the max value for both Speed and RPM and i reset both in the carpark at toyota before i gave them the keys. When they are 160+ and 8750 you know that they have been going faster then they should have :P
  7. they fixed the gearbox cause they ****** it and got caught with there hands in my cookie jar
  8. no they are not. but with a little work you can get them as good as the same.

  10. we already have an Avalon/Aurion and an Echo / Yaris i really cant see the need to split these even more?
  11. are you planning on doing heavy track work? if not there is no need for an oil cooler....
  12. It will sound a little like a chainsaw when you've got a lightened flywheel, especially when you are starting up the car. this seems to be a fedanza/tom's characteristic, as the TRD flywheels dont make any extra noise over the stock ones.
  13. it wont work, short reason why is cause its made for v-tec
  14. mabey have a look in here http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...?showtopic=5503
  15. its not gonna cost you $1000, so its prolly not worth it considering all the fabrication that would be involved.... i had a look on CAPA's website and the charger itself costs $2800 bloody expensive. what fabrication you talking bout northy?the manifold bolts straight on as the lotus exige s uses the 2zzge motor from the corolla. fabrication for intercoooler yes. So otherwise just get the greddy kit and use a water/methanol injection instead thats what lotus do anyway they have 2 injectors on the intercooler inlet side to reduce air temps further. i know it bolts on mate, as it uses the same motor, same as the Elise 111R. if your going to go to all this troubble why not just get the blitz kit....
