    remember it'll be day light savings from this weekend so the track and air temp will not have as long to cool down after the sun drops.

    I wouldn't be surprised if be gets high 12s, given you can run mid 14s with bolt on mods. that's the advantage of coilovers my friend... get to the track, tweak the rear to a rock hard firm setting so the car is stable on take off and set the front to a spongy soft setting for plenty of road feel and traction. ;) then once it's all over dial everything back to the street settings ane you're all set to tackle the Sydney potholes again....

    For farks sake... that is shocking Luke... I don't like the chances of finding it again, but good luck. There have been reports of many 'insurace jobs' going on with corollas given their popularity and road numbers. These are often targetted thefts for certain particular items, such as airbags and bodykits that are quite costly for the repairer but can make them a mint if obtained cheaply... sorry your car was targetted though mate :( He's from Penrith area...

    My next trip will be in the new year. I'm caught up with other plans at the moment and not a lot of spare time. The weather is also starting to get a little toasty for my likeing in terms of hitting the track.

    Shift Light

    racing drivers use shift lights for a reason... but having said that, unless you take the car to the track... your friend is right, it's only rice... I have a multi stage shift light in my glove box. I've used it twice and it's very good. It runs off the ciggy lighter the same way. here's a tread I made on this earler... I ended up getting the one in the 2nd post thanks to Shao :D

    ouch!!! that's a big side impact, drivers side too... hope everyone was OK but... that looks like a completly intact front bar there... Where's Micky_tee? airbags are intact too because it was side impact

    I did say I listed them in that order for a reason Jason ;) though maybe I should have made a larger gap to SRC on the technical side, and slotted Toymods in there... though they get sick of hearing 4AGE questions
