2 spottings today Black Facelift Stivo with Red personalised number plates. Female driver and what looked like a baby seat in the back followed up Springhill Rd in Wollongong all the way into Wollongong CBD Red Pre facelift, very dirty, didn't get the # plate... spotted on Princes Highway just by Figtree Westfield ~9:15pm tonight

a little bit of column A... and a little bit of column B... set the spings 1st... then set the strut to the height you want (turning the whole strut assembly)... then align the swaybar sleaves and check the steering lock in both directions making sure there is plenty of room spare between the swaybar and the steering arm. Everything should look the same on both sides, if you have some micrometers to measure everything, use them... if not... improvise...

If the guy is RACV or MTA approved there are ways for reporting this sort of stuff. Usually is results in a clean up of their act after a kick in the pants.
