  1. guys we've gone through the DBA brake stuff to death... they have an online catalogue at http://www.dba.com.au check it out ;) I'll post up some info for you in a sec
  2. 1st thing - the left spring was set too low, there should be no sping movement when the strut is unloaded, ie when you jack the car up, if you can lift the spring off the seat it is too low. The reason for this is that if you are driving along and the wheel bounces the spring can move around and wear the components and possibly not reseat properly. 2nd thing - The sway bar link is set WAY too low in the right coilover. You will find your steering arm and sway bar make contact as you get closer to full lock. This will wear out your sway bar and steering arm and also prevent you from reaching full lock properly, if at all.
  3. yeah there's one down the road form me... but that's a little out of your way :P oh ****... forgot the soccer was on...
  4. that's why I was thinking guages... I'll bring the gauges up one time and let you see so I can get your expert opinion on them ;) the PSP
  5. was also contemplating putting gauges there as they are tucked away (if you can keep the door there) but I'd have to crank my neck to see them... I'm still thinking... we need to talk though... ;)

  11. I believe MSROLA got in 1st but I don't believe there are any spares... Jason (Rollamods) has some nice modified shifters that do the job nicely too I've heard ;)
  12. yes that is designed for a 1ZZ given the cars listed. It should fit fine.

  15. other includes SA, WA, NT and ACT... there are still less members from all of these places combined then are regulars for any one of the other states.
  16. Isn't it called the 2ZR-FE? probably... I just ran some randon letters through my head and that sounded familar, you may be right.
  17. don't forget you need to hire tapping equipment and an air cylinder for pressure... it all adds up...
  18. So according to this, performance will be identical to the pre-emissions 1zz-fe's. No improvement in performance only improved efficiency? You would think improved performance and efficiency would go hand in hand Actually, improved performance generally means lower efficiency. It is improved performance by about 10kw on the electronic throttle body engines.
  19. I've been reading up on the 2FZ-FE engine that is going into these things (1.8L) as the replacement for th 1ZZ-FE. Duel VVTi sounds good :)
