  1. 2nd pic indicates an oil leak somewhere. I dropped front part of my exhaust. Front O2 sensor is clean, one just before cat is black.
  2. Go to YT and type this into search engine: changing headlight globe 2016 camry. Here is a link to one video:
  3. Because you are running in lower gears most of the time with a lot of start and stop, this fuel economy will take quite a dip. 15/100 is quite normal for this. You need to get some higher speeds and some freeway driving to increase your fuel economy. Fuel injector cleaner is a waste of money. Modern cars do not like a lot of slow and lower gear driving.
  4. Good to hear the switch is now working.
  5. When was the last time the timing belt was changed? If not for several years, a tooth on the belt may have fallen off and caused timing to be off.
  6. That $763 is quite steep. What are Toyota dealer doing to ask such a high price, esp with such few kms?
  7. When repacking the bearings, clean them good and only fill the cavity with grease to 25-50%, this is to allow the grease to get into the races and shells, and when the grease gets hot the grease expands and creates pressure, so if the grease is too well packed, the grease will boil over.
  8. Seatbelt King |Seat Belt Extensions, Replacement, Extenders Seatbelt King Had same problem with driver seat belt. Could not get a new belt. Found this place, they took the old belt and rebuilt it with new parts for $160 cash. This shop accepts mailed in belts for repair. My new sb works like new now. Over time the fibers off the belt jam up the retract mechanism, this place has the equipment to rebuild the belts. I tried air pressure to clean mine but that did not work. The shop did great work. I am going to take another belt to them soon for repair.
  9. Toyota can help you. You will need to provide proof of ownership and ID, and Toyota should have the code for the radio.
  10. Lock cylinder looks to be a problem. May be worth talking to a Toyota service department rep or a locksmith.
  11. There is a bloke on YT, named Customer States What, who now works on Toyotas at a Toyota dealer in Brooklyn NY. He puts out good videos. His channel is worth a look.
  12. Some of Toyota parts are really gouging. Guide pin boots rear calipers of my mcv20r the dealer quoted $130, none in Australia and would have to come from Japan. For that I could have bought a new caliper on ebay. Got the parts from Febest dealer in Melbourne, around $30 per side.
  13. I got it fixed. Took the rear calipers to Melton Toyota and a nice bloke there put all the rubbers on and no fee.
