  2. Ha I will be. I just gotta wait until school starts again, as the Mrs does Kindy photos, so between now and then, it's only my wage we're living on haha.
  3. I usually get 10-12 l/100 depending on driving style. I used 91 fuel at first, got more towards to 12l/100, now I am trialing 95, and that is getting me about 10.8-11.2l/100, after I fill up with 95 2 more times, I will try 98 for a few fillups and see how that goes. Then I will figure out what fuel I am better off using. Eg. $/L v. extra km's im assumin its behind the mirror lol Yeah it's the silver thing behind the rear view mirror... Hey mate, it's a 2007. The tank avg is good. I usually get 10-12 l/100 depending on driving style Not sure what to do to it yet.
  4. Hey all, Thought I would post some pics up of my new Aurion. Just stock at this stage, but I still love it. See the dash cam? lol
  5. Hey all! Name's Alex. This week I bought a 07 Aurion Prodigy, and I'll tell you what, it's a well deserved upgrade from my old car. I used to drive a 96 Mitsubishi Verada, had it for 5 years, and was an overall reliable car. But over time, little things started to go wrong... hole in exhaust, engine mount after engine mount replaced, along with other little things. So yeah, totally in love with the Aurion, it's quick and powerfull, yet it still can boast great fuel economy (avg 10.8-11.2 L/100km) It's a white car, and it has a (sportivo?) spoiler. It also has leather seats (standard in Prodigy??), and while some people don't like leather seats in summer, I always think, how many hot days are there compared to mild / cold days in a year" lol. Only issue the car has is the electric lumbar support in the drivers seat is broken, when you press the button, the lumbar just clicks. But that is going to CMI Toyota in Adelaide on Tuesday for inspection (and hopefully repaired under warranty). I work in insurance claims, so first thing I did was install a dash camera in may car. I have put the camera bahind the rear view mirror, and run the cord up to the roof, along the roof lining where the windscreen sits, then down the A pillar, then road the dash, into my glove box, then placed the leftover cord in the little plastic pocket on the passenger side next to the radio. The camera plugs into the power socket under the radio. I want to hard wire it into the car, but I have no idea where I could wire it into, as it needs a constant power source to power the camera while the car is turned off. So if anyone can give me a tip as to where I can wire it to for a constant power source, and how to wire it behind the dash, please comment!! Anyway, that's it for me. Cheers! Alex
  6. AGE: 23 SEX: Male STATUS: Married REASONS FOR BUYING: Always wanted an Aurion, loved them since the first time I saw one. My current car started to break down, so I looked around and found the Aurion Prodigy. Absolutely in love with the Aurion, and it was a well deserved upgrade.
  7. Also, is there a way to reset the trip computer? eg the evg fuel consumption? When I got the car, it was at 23L / 100 due to sitting in dealer yard.
  8. Hey all, I picked up my 07 Aurion prodigy yesterday, and I would like some input from other owners about a couple of things. 1- I have a dash cam (Blackvue DR400G-HD) and I would like to hardwire it in, so when the car is off, the camera runs off the car battery. In my old car I had the camera behind the rear view mirror, and the cord running along the top of the windscreen, then tucked away behind the plastic of the A pillar, then into my glove box where the switch was. Then the wires went from the switch, through my dash, and into the fuse box, where I wired it up to the brake light fuse, as there is always power going into that fuse. can anyone recommend a way to wire this into my Aurion? How can I tuck the cords away, and then wire it into a constant power source? Also, My drivers seat electric lumbar doesn't inflate. It just clicks, and it sounds like the teeth are not catching or something. I will be taking it back to CMI toyota, for them to fix under warranty, but has anyone else had this issue? thanks in advance! Alex
