  1. Wow, if the exchange rate gets a little better, you guys would be better off buying the 10 pack of filters from the dealer and having then shipped there.
  2. BTW, I took the following pics. Look at Bumper One of my Local Toyota dealers:
  3. As bad as the 1st Ep was, it;s still better then the utter crap we have here on US TV. The 2nd ep was ok, 3rd got better. Yes, I watch both Top Gear UK and Aus. Main Page: http://www.finalgear.com/ Show Downloads: http://www.finalgear.com/shows/ Ever heard of the 8th mile? We have a lot of 1/8 miles here in the US, haha.
  4. Out of curiosity, what do OEM filters fromt he dealer cost there?
  5. Well, on the US Toyota's, the Paint Code is located on the front drivers door or door frame on the white and black VIN sticker with lots of other info on it such as weight and build date.

    What the?

Well, not made by TRD, lol. I put a TRD SuperCharger on it. We did not have any "real" TRD cars till 1999 with the Camry Solara, but that wasn't a true TRD Car IMO. What surprises me if the SuperCharger has not killed highway miles too much, it's only killed city mileage. I'm going on another massive road trip (installing a TRD Supercharger for a friend on his '94 Camry Coupe) in 1 month, so I think I'll just keep cruise on at about 110kph for most of the drive, and see is I can break that 28mpg I had gotten.

    What the?

Ok, I'll try to do the best I can converting it (since we go my miles and gallons here). I have the same 70L fuel tank, and have a '96 TRD Supercharged V6 Camry. I was doing a REALLY long drive 3 weeks ago. A little bit at the beginning, I was haing fun with some friends, so I was doing some 0-130kph runs. About 1/3 the tank was about 95kph (non-cruise control), 1/2 the tank was probably around 110kph (with cruise control). When I finally filled up with like 6-8L left, I had averaged 28mpg. When factoring in the rest the tank at that mileage, it was 518 miles (833km) for the entire tank.
  8. Gen 5 16" rims here in the US came with 215/60/16 from the factory.
  9. HAHA! Wow, I can honestly say thats the most odd thing I've ever seen in a Toyota Manual....... <_<
  10. Just listen to what lateralus said. Best suggestion you'll get.
  11. I have NEVER heard of a car using anything resembling blue coolant. OEM Toyota's use Red or Pink coolant. Green and Orange are aftermarket. None of them should EVER be mixed. I'd personally flush the cooling system, and refill with Toyota Red or Pink coolant, and use Distilled water when topping off.
  12. My friends club hosted the show. As always, they did a killer job on it and had about 200 cars. Even the cars there that were none old school/toyota, are still all supporters. Just so much fun! Link to ALL pics: http://s192.photobucket.com/albums/z10/Dew...meet%20NJ%2008/
  13. ^ BWA HAHAHAHAH! Thats the truth unfortunatley
  14. Ironically, my friend with an '03 SE 2AZ-FE called me today and asked me the same question, lol. He got a good laugh when I told him someone else asked the same thing today.
  15. ^ LOL! Supercharged 2AZ As akuma said, it's normal on the 2AZ Engine. My mom's '05 Camry does it, and always has.
  16. Not sure on how similiar it is to the US Camry, but I passed all my wires through the hole in the firewall BEHIND the wheel splash guard where the hood release line runs through.
  17. Yeah, depending how your car is running/fuel required, then 95 or 98 can make a BIG difference. The majority of newer cars with good running engines should be 100% fine and perfect with 91, and not make a differnce using 95 or 98. Some of the newer Toyota's actually run worse on 95 or higher, such as the 2AZ-FE. But the 2GR-FE will actually run a tad better on 95,a nd gain a little more power.
  18. E10 Ethanol/gas mix does NOT raise fuel economy. If anything, it lowers it. Ethanol also absorbs water out of the air, which is why it has an experation date.
  19. Here in the US, a good portion of the gas is E10 (10% ethanol). The cars are fine to fun on for the most part. But the gas is just not as good, and many people say over time, it does do damage to the car's engine. But lik eI said, most stations here are E10, and there is not really a way to get around it, ugh.
  20. ^ We have so much rice here.......And I do hate Lambo doors myself. I wish I had a working camera to take pics, but I dropped it a while back. So these are the best ones from the other people at the show. Yeah, the Minivan thing is the Scion xB as the other person stated. We are now on the 2nd Gen of it here. Hoping to have a Camera for the next show on Sept 23rd. Couple weeks is the Old School Toyota show (150+ cars), so really hoping to have a Camera fo rthat as well.
  21. Thanks guys. One of the best Toyota Only shows I've been too. In 2 weeks there is a massive Old School Toyota show (~200 cars) I;m going to, and should be really good.
  22. Had an all out Toyota car show so a bunch of my friends came out, as well as a lot of other cars. 5 TRD SC Camry's/Solara's, 6 Corolla's (2 TRD SC), 13 MR2's, etc. Was a good time with a bunch of friends.
  23. So, I'll whore up this thread. :) I;ve taken these pictures ove the last few years:
