Spotted RE99IE today at the Toyota Swap meet at JDM Yard.

Spotted doc_dino leaving the carwash on Parramatta road today. Was looking very clean.. Also spotted STV11N in Merrylands today.

The Mugen Civic Type RR was sold out in 10mins, limited 300 production run. =( But back on topic, hawwwt car Steven.

hey eargunk is mrp f 600 enough for a 12 inch type r sub just need some advices cause this sat im gonna get a type r sub cheers Aren't you getting a separate mono-block to power your sub? The MRP-F600 is a 4/2/1 channel amp. You're supposed to be looking at the MRP-M500 or MRP-M1000. Those are the two V-Power mono-block amps available. :P

Spotted a black face-lift Corolla Ascent or Conquest on Parramatta Road about 5.40pm waiting to turn onto Centenary Drive. It had black Lenso Type-M with red lips.. very nice! Also spotted a silver Cappuccino on Hume Highway near South Strathfield at about 6.15pm. Don't see these everyday! :P

Eargunk, you appear to be an car audio guru. So I just want to ask, what's the difference between component speakers and the coaxial speakers.. I notice the alpine components cost more. And each picture from Alpine showing the component speakers, show two little tweeters. Is that what the component speakers are? Sorry, i'm a car audio noob, so thought I'd ask and learn a few things.. =) Regards, Kenneth

Spotted a black Corolla Ascent in Auburn with what looked like a C-One front bar, Sportivo side skirts and rear lip. Red P plates. Looked cool.. =P

??????...i read those last few posts a few times and i am still confused?? JUST FIT A PRE FACELIFT HATCHBACK FRONT BUMPER ON THE WAGON/SEDAN (cos thereis no "facelift parts on those cars)...u can now fit a pre face lift lip to your pre facelift bumper thats fitted to your "facelift" sedan wagon..guards,bonnet, lights are same all 05/06 sedans/wagons use prefacelift fronts except new projector lights LOL. He has a 05 wagon.. the front bumper is slightly different to the 03 bumpers. The foglight area is different, hence why I'm saying a 03 sportivo lip would not fit a 05 sedan bumper.. Where as if he replaced his 05 sedan bumper with a 03 bumper (like you're saying the headlights, guards and bonnet are the same), then he would be able to fit a 03 sportivo lip onto the 03 bumper.. I was not talking about putting a 05 hatch front to his sedan, if that was what you were thinking..? Is that clearer, or are you still confused..? =\ *EDIT - okay, I see that the sedan/wagon bumper is longer compared to that of a hatch. But there is a sportivo lip available for the 03 wagon (meaning it'd fit the sedan too). It was part of the sportivo accessories kit for the wagon.

I don't think it'd fit because our facelift headlights have a tear drop in it.. =\

Mmm.. that AMG one looks yummy.. I think it'd be a cool idea, if we had them made for both standard plates as well as slim lines. Though I can see it being troublesome, as slimline plates vary in size from state to state..

Yeah, I've read good things about BC-Racing coilovers.. D2's on the other hand.. I've seen a mixed bag of feedback. With the negatives being quite scary.. one said that his coils dropped out when the car was lifted.. =\

Is Buddy Club (some people abbreviate as BC) different from BC-Racing? They seem to both produce coilovers..

The OEM Toyota (Denso) ones are the same. The 2ZZ one is taller then the 1ZZ.. But I don't know why.. lol Maybe the 2ZZ-GE needs a higher capacity oil filter.. hence the extra 10mm..
