You only get to transfer from Insearch into the actual UTS, IF you do well in Insearch. If you don't meet the requirements still then you're going to remain in there until you do. Not to mention Insearch costs a lot more than going to UWS for a year. There are a lot of students who transfer into MQ from UWS.. I don't think it's that hard, as long as you do well.

Nah I live in Lidcombe, but I tend to take the Five Dock route to the City often. Hence, going past Tint-a-car all the time. Haha.. But yeah the car looks great!

Oh and I did some photoshopping to help me visualise better.. but what do you guys think about these eyelids? The car in the pic has also been dropped, and had it's hubcaps darkened to a gunmetal shade.

Just a little update from the first time, the car now has: - 35% tint all round - removed the '1.5 VVT-i' stickers from both sides - debadged the trunk (ready for the JDM Vitz badge) - a pair of Osram Diadem indicator globes - LED Parkers & license plate lights.. - GT150 globes (had them laying around so why not?) Not very big mods.. but a lot of little cheap mods.. Hopefully I'll have some bigger mods coming soon.. when my pay rolls in.. Here's a few pics for now;

I believe they have to be ordered in. As these are not parts that come standard on our corolla's, CH Toyota will not stock them locally. CH Toyota will be able to get you any Toyota part as long as you bring them the part number. If I remember correctly, the JDM Runx has that flow looking emblem on the front (pictured above), a RunX badge in place of the Corolla badge on the rear, and the oval Toyota badge remains in place. I vote facelift. Imo, the facelift model looks more aggressive from factory. While the pre-facelift model has the potential to look very aggressive once it has both eyelids and a sports grille dropped in. =)

I had my Yaris tinted with 35% 2 days ago. Would love to go darker but I didn't wanna run the risk of voiding my insurance. A fine from a copper is okay, I can deal with that. But if I was in an accident and it was my fault. They could very possibly void my insurance claim because of the tint.. =( But oh wells 35% does it for me just fine.

Thanks for the comments fellas. Yeah, I'm looking to add foglights one day too. The shroud looks similar but I'm not sure if they're the same. I know that I can get the 06-08 foglight set and use it with the 2009 shrouds. Tints will be on as soon as my window tinter is back from holidays. =)

Hey guys, Introducing the latest addition to our driveway at home. I picked her up on 30th December, 2008 - just before new years. It's totally bone stock apart from a short antenna from Toyota Japan. Some of the mods I would like to do include, - Tint - Rear spoiler - Complete re-badge using JDM badges (Netz, Vitz, and RS) - Tanabe springs - Whiteline Rear Sway Bar .. and many more to come. King Wreckers in Fairfield carry a large line of Toyota wrecks (mainly corollas and usually have one stivo in at a time). Also the preface levin lip is 2 pieces (split in the centre). The preface/facelift sportivo lip are one piece. I think you should go to a wrecker and buy an 03 corolla bumper, then either go to Toyota to get a new 03 sportivo lip, or find one in a wrecker. Then get it all painted and fitted! I don't think the 05 sportivo lip would even fit around you 05 sedan/wagon bumper. So go with the 03 bumper and lip. Might be easier then trying to get a lip to fit your existing 05 sedan/wagon bumper. Goodluck!

Haha hmm, that is also true.. but wouldn't it be easier to just remove the entire bumper? Instead of pulling back the bumper? Well either way is fine, entirely up to you. But I just prefer removing the entire thing as it gives me more room.

Yeah, you do. Reason is, there is a screw on the side holding the headlight assembly to the chassis. The bumper covers this screw, so the bumper will need to come off. :)
