  1. I got one last solution... make friends with someone who speaks Japanese and English of course :) They will definitely be able to sort it out for you if there is an option to change it to English. Otherwise get another headunit :)
  2. Corolla and reliable... need I say more... :D It's the most reliable car around there is :) top video
  3. hahaha! our pizza shop used to have one before. We sold it to one of the workers. she happy! I was looking at a little 06 Yaris Auto, it was a ex-pizza delivery car! Why is it bad to buy one of these? Because the cars are thrashed... especially the automatics. You know the line... if it's so and so minutes late... you get the pizza free... so they rush and thrash these little economical cars to the ground. They come with lots of panel damage, interior stinks of pizza... might even notice what the car did on it's last run... probably Meat Lovers with extra cheese x10, etc... How I know this is because my mate is a "Dougie" LOL. When they turn up to the lights some young guns think these pizza boys are there for a race... but really they aren't. Anyways just make sure you don't buy an ex-pizza delivery car otherwise expect future headaches ;)
  4. wow now thats different. I really like the headlights and taillights. Taillights from distance could look like a VW Polo LOL
  5. yeah 1 and 2 pretty much similar. Though just wondering whether option 3 is really worth it. And also wondering whether having the Pod filter as first point of drawing the air would be better or as second point of drawing air (as in piping from front bar runs to the Pod in box or whatever) cheers
  6. woot thanks for posting those up Hiro... pics I so needed to see :D Was going to go down to CES for quote to get CAI done but now you gave me better idea :D Is your pipe all one piece running to the pod?
  7. that was aired 2 nights after the first posted video LOL
  8. Ok guys I have searched and I don't think this question has been answered before. It came to my mind just today. Question is which would better perform in the way the intake system is designed? Having the filter as primary/first point of drawing air or filter as secondary/mid point draw of air??? 1. Panel Filter in standard airbox and piping from airbox to front bar (replacing Toyota standard piping) - [airbox w/ panel filter] - <piping to front bar> 2. Pod Filter in standard airbox or the likes and piping from airbox to front bar - [airbox w/ Pod filter] - <piping to front bar> 3. custom stainless piping from intake plenum into front bar with pod filter (most common found setup found here on TOCAU Corollas) - <stainless piping> - (pod filter) hopefully this all makes sense.
  9. yeah it is... Couldn't read the plates but. Is it a member on here LOL There's a Corolla AE92 SX in there as well...
  10. TT said it was an uncover story. I find that very hard to believe with the questions they were asking. Seriously you would have picked that it was an interview by some media frenzy. I bet those tools were paid no doubt. Unless Police have captured those involved in the TT segment. But yes... idiots like that ruin it for the majority of us. It's not fair!
  11. Do this... ECU reset Northy has done a write up for it :D http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...mp;hl=Reset+ECU
  12. haha Love it! Perhaps some induction work would help :) And then... piggy back fuel computer or chipping :P And then... hahaha twin charge
  13. Whenever I drop my car to someone and don't really trust / know them... I or mates or family members do drive bys to make sure the car is not being used inappropriately. But yeah now days though I got mates who are in the right trades... so I just go to them... :D Good to know who you know because they come in handy when you need something :) but yeah that's just wacked. Those involved should be dismissed from their job.
  14. in the instruction manual ??? Otherwise just get Toyota to swap one for ya or purchase one off ebay...
  15. Search button and keywords are your friends :P http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...;hl=clock+radio http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...;hl=clock+radio
  16. nice :D... video for sure dude :D
  17. nice nice. Any more pics... sedans FTW :D
  18. yeah man thanks for the run in the stivo... love the sound :D Aurions everywhere at Herston/Bowen Hills/Spring Hill last night. No not your usual Aurions either... *hint hint* BTW I was followed by unmarked Aurion last night as I drove out of the Loop... interesting I have to say. They drove like idiots trying to get beside me... I didn't do anything wrong either. But it looked like they were trying to see who was in the car or they were either filming or taking photos. No idea... they turned off into RBH main entrance though without indicating. But yeah they are absolutely retarded for the way they were driving. Wish I could have got their rego.
  19. If you are worried that they won't fit then go to a reputable tyre and mag wheel shop and get some advice / opinion for accuracy. Or even just chuck them on your van to see if they fit etc etc.
  20. looks like we're going to have a good turn out tonight :D so I shall be there :)
  21. what you have to look for is.... make sure it isn't an Ex-Pizza Delivery car :) Another is... if it has ever been in any accidents before... don't buy it. Better off purchasing a new one of these.
  22. I vote TOCAU to purchase this and use it as the club car for track day and Hill Climb comps :P
  23. I remember on the site it said it may take up to a month til we get the free Chamois.
  24. here's the smashed up Sportivo that the kit was "originally" for... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Toyota-Corolla-Spor...1QQcmdZViewItem looks like awesome parts going... someone snag this up for parts too LOL
