  3. so how much exactly to get the bar atm? 250 plus postage?
  4. i saw one on a hot red Holden SS in Melbourne.... 'GALTOY' driver is a 60+ old lady....
  5. the only thing i will worry about is the engine condition.... to me that's a minor force enhancement, in that case, maybe the stock cam and even the fly wheel can not hold for long.... just curious.....
  6. we are currently trying to get a whole CES system which includes CAI in the GB section, and we short for just one more member, express your interest if you want to go ahead with us... and personally, i will go for K&N... it sounds good when you showing off... http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...0329&st=950 TRD and CES are totally different companies.. hhahahha we just talk about CES in that section accidentally
  7. in that case..... i will be very very very very scare when it makes a speedy high angle turn, it won't be easy to handle... It would handle better than a sportivo, the AE corolla's actually have a proper IRS rear end instead of the crappy torsion beam setup. i tot the body balance will be worse off since the AE version is much lighter, by putting a 2ZZGE engine, the front weight will really make the front wheel lose traction when turning with high speed, and that's what i mean hard to handle for a speedy high angle turn. again the street formula wish to have 50/50 weight balance, and the 2003-2005 sportivo is not quite impress since it has weight balance quite away from that (something like 65/35), but not due to the torsion beam setup. however, i still dont know why they have that setup since i see no gain from that. correct me if im wrong... im not a pro anyway....
  8. they just pretended they don't know la..... see the price when they selling it?? however, i really don't think adding anything on the car is a good idea if you plan to sell it in the near future, it will never cover your cost... that just from my own experience....

  11. hmmm.... so we're not gonna go ahead till the fourth one gets in???? what is the GB price anyway, 1350 for the header and f.s. cat back, 420 for the CAI? an individual quote is 1800 - 1850... maybe what we can do is to fax the order form separately to them but mention TOC GB on the list, and possibly try get a discount lets say 200?? will that be possible?
  12. anyone can get a CES system video up??? i am thinking to get one
  13. hey i got my workshop in clayton, which is a very close frd of mine.... and that guy tunes a civic eg into some sort of monster beats a dc5... if you guys want to go there install it, i might be able to make you a discount.... i heard the normal retail labor cost 200 just for the cat back and another 100 for the header and CAI...

  15. personally i dont really enjoy the stock clutch, just switch to heavy-duty once the car go over 70,000 km.... exeedy is quite good. and affordable...
  16. i overheard from my supervisor who is in finance field saying AU dollar will remain the same even with the further interest rate cut predicted around Christmas (US relatively being cheaper) base on the three facts: the strong backup with Asian mining industry; further spending on housing industry national wise; and the none dropping petrol price. for the CAI group buy list of interested 1.
