  1. LOL. Just my opinion, but those look dodgy as.
  2. <Cough> Andrew will be there. May as well just accept that there is no way you could win for exterior cleanliness.
  3. Well it comes in 1080p for your viewing pleasure.
  4. If you wanna judge, go eff yourself.
  5. I hear so many bad things about Carmate. Just a heads up.
  6. excuse me, but WHAT?! Please show us a scanned quote showing that pricing The TRD doesn't have a front spoiler as well. Something doesn't seem right here.
  7. Probably the main reason why they scrub is not because of the offset, but because they are too large for you use. The Hilux uses 205/70R15 and the 4x4 Extra Cab uses 255/70R15 stock. On an increase to 16 inch wheels for the former, something more appropriate would be 215/60R15 and the latter, 255/65R16. As it stands if you have anything but the 4x4 Extra Cab, the wheels/tires you are trying to fit are 12.52% larger in diameter... which is way beyond the recommended 3% limit. For the 4x4 Extra Cab, it is 3.33% larger which is still larger than the recommended limit, but shouldn't pose too much of a scrubbing issue but it can have more of an affect when combined with offset. So which model variant do you have?
  8. You are aware that there are three adjustment screws right, as explained in an existing thread: Headlight Adjusting
  9. That may be the case for you, but in terms of answering the question you said: Which is a misleading statement because you don't necessarily have to depending on the scenario.
  10. That is completely normal mate. It's to project more light on the left side of the road so you can see more on that side, like pedestrians etc. It is like that on all cars but on the side opposite oncoming traffic, so therefore it would be reversed for the States etc.
  11. Not necessarily. Over my 2 Aurions, I have gone through 7 sets of brake pads and never machined the rotors and had no vibration issues due to that. It all depends on their condition to begin with.
  12. How so? The diff? The CV?
  13. OMG I love it mate! Now I know what you mean when you said you had to get it done. In a worst case scenario, I have two spare airbox tops if you need it.
  14. The work is all Steven mate. I just supplied some bits. Sounds like Andrew is lacking some iron in his diet
  15. Looks the goods Steven. If you were to add a layer of paint and slap on a sticker, it would look just like the K&N The 2GR's sure do sound wicked under load with an intake like that.
  16. No need to quote reply each other guys when you are replying to the entire post above you. You only end up repeating yourselves numerous times. I've cleaned that up. Anyways, bugger to hear this happen to you. It goes to show how defective the part really was. I'm a little stuck here though because the hose on the TRD is fairly different to the normal Aurion and there has not been a replacement rubber section as far as I'm aware. Should be interesting.
  17. Would be interesting to hear what dealers tell you though because I'm just going by what I have heard from others when they have asked local dealers.
  18. Satin black FTMFW! 2nd choice is gloss black.
  19. Since you've already revived the thread: AUX input mod
  20. If you are referring to the widely available US Gen 6 Camry one, then sorry to disappoint, but you may not be as lucky as you thought. Despite being available on the US delivered Camry's, the Australian spec Camry ECU differs and this is one feature that is not in there. The manual in question refers to the pre-facelift model, but I don't imagine the facelift version being any different.
  21. It's getting close guys. Around this time in two weeks, a large group of us will all be at 'The Loop' to begin the 2011 Annual Meet. Is there anyone out there who will be here for go-karting and will want me to hold a definite place for them there? If so, you better let me know. I have currently paid for 15 spots and as it stands, 13 people have taken theirs. On a side note, it is a requirement for the balance of the go-karting to Kingston Park 7 days before the event... which is next Sunday. The per-person balance ends up being $51.50 (which is the remaining $46 + the $5.50 required license). I can cover this though and you can pay me on the day, but if you want to sort it out before hand or feel like helping me out a little, feel free to transfer the remainder to me before the 5th of June.
  22. Mmmmmm. Loos delicious Steven. Whoa. Trippy.
  23. Service centres can be a real nuisance sometimes. Despite giving them a simple job to do, they tend to still throw you in the queue and don't prioritise the quick jobs to be done sooner. That's what I like about my prefered service centre. Drop the car off, they will ask what time you want it back by, give them a realistic time and they will try to have it done by then. Unless they actually don't have the battery in stock there and they need it to come from one of their distribution centres which usually have delivery runs during the day. In that case they probably will be waiting till the afternoon at some set time for the battery to arrive and then they will fit it. But I dunno how they operate and whether they do it like that.
