  1. Tried downloading your file, but there's pop-ups and an activeX control which my browser blocked and cannot reach your file. Have another location?
  2. Spotted Johny (Goodboyz) in Sunshine going towards the shopping center. I was letting my girlfriend drive on her L's ;) Damn, can't wait to mod my car.
  3. Hello all, I went on a cruise today with OzCruise up Mt Baw Baw. Lot of fun, but just some information about what happened to me today up there. Normally I'd be driving and concentrating on nothing but the road and my gear changes; not burning out my brakes etc. Anyway, we were stuck for a good 10 minutes behind a 4WD driving at around 40-50km/h. Due to lack of concentration on the road, probably due to boredom and frustration of driving so slow, I looked to my right window which was half opened and noticed a massive wasp on the inside, crawling around. To try and get it out I brought the window down more and instead the wasp landed on my seat behind me, and by the time I looked at the road we had approached a corner veering right. I over steered my stivo and hit the gravel on the side, sending me into an uncontrolable slide thanks to me applying the brakes. I veered through 2 corners in the slide, managed not to send myself off the edge and instead hit one of those plastic white pole things on the side of the road and got air born over a 1meter hole on the side of the road and when the car stopped I thought it was totalled or something and that I'd be stuck in this hole. I stepped out of the car and my rear driver side tyre was in the air, over the hole. I made my way all around the car and noticed not one bit of damage. My front lip got pushed up a little that I snapped some of the clips holding the fog light covers and pushed up the driver side of the bumper bar slightly. Nothing major and pure luck. Didn't get a flat tyre, didn't stuff my steering. Just need to buy a new fog light cover thing (which has its part number on the back of it anyway) and get my front bumper re-aligned properly and some respraying to fix up the light scratching that didn't even get through the paint. <wipes sweat off forehead> whew. Anyway, drive with your windows up and no matter what, always concentrate on the road and nothing else. If you're gonna get bitten, get bitten. It's better than your life or car being totalled. Samuel.
  4. Mate, I'd love to come and see your Blue Stivo with 120 @ the Wheels ;) Sunday I'm off to Mt Baw Baw for a cruise, just past Dandenong. You're free to attend too. It's with OzCruise, euro cars etc but a couple TOCAU members going to that one for the fun...
  5. I have a Sportivo 2005. Power windows wont go up after turning off the ignitions. But I can make all my windows go up, turn off the ignition while they are still on their way up, and they will finish the trip :)
  6. I'm not interested in standing around for a dyno on every car. Much rather be cruising around with the group, site seeing. Checking what your mountains have to offer and chilling out. 5 cars per hour would get a little too boring for my money. Go for it though, I might have to go visit my mate up at the coast on that day ;P
  7. On this topic, how much would you think a door and/or front bumper would cost to fully repaint original colour? Some lady hit my door with a trolley (no dints, just white scratches; not deep either). Front bumper and hood obviously from stones and people walking past hitting the corner of the car with things like trolleys or their car slightly. Hate scratches, and an idea of cost to fix would be nice rather than going to insurance, LOL. Hey, I wonder how nice a Yellow Stivo would look!? nah..?? yeah???
  8. I play on the RPPvP server: Lightninghoof. I'm a 67 Night Elf Warrior as my main.
  9. Come on guysss! If you're a full time worker, go talk to your bosses this week and organise the days off in advance! If you're at uni, find out when your exams are and see if it effects your ability to attend. Don't take wild guesses about exam dates, get facts. Let's do this, it'll be fun. We get to meet interstate members and have a really fun, organised and LEGAL weekend.
  10. Heya all, I joined back in 2005 but had left for a while due to real life issues, such as moving house, changing jobs, no internet. Catching up on debts and the works. Anyway, just a small introduction if I didn't post one when I first joined a while ago. My name is Samuel, 24 years of age living with my girlfriend in Sunshine, VIC. I own a blue 2005 Sportivo and I work as a small goods maker (sausages, hams, bacons and specialty products). I play World of Warcraft, and love my car ;) Why did I choose to become a Silver member? Simply due to the fact that from all the fun I had in the past, and the fun I am having now and in the future thanks to this forum, I find it only suitable to pay my way to support these forums and help keep them going. It's a thank you for providing the median for us all to communicate and organise events. Without these forums, we'd not know each other nor be able to organise these great cruises and events. I encourage everyone to put aside their hard earned cash and support this club by making a payment of $40 per year. It's not really much to ask. Just put aside 11 cents a day to keep up! Hmm let's see. You get a club sticker, special subscribed members only forums, good feeling of being a supportive member. Up to you! Cheers, Samuel
  11. And I will have to say, next cruise, I'm wearing sun cream and a TRD Cap. I'm as red as a tomato! P.S: Those of you that took photo's, could ya PM me and I'll give you my e-mail address so you can compress and e-mail me all the photo's? Would love to keep a small album of the cruises/events I've attended to show my boss, g/f etc.
  12. Silvabullit (QLD) JC (QLD) Northy (QLD) Anduin (VIC) I will drive with group from Melbourne if there are more than 4 of us. May be hard to stay in group all the time, but it sure as heck is fun. The drive up from Melbourne isn't so hard either, not too busy on the roads. And if everyone takes it easy, wont be a problem. Just state from the start which order we drive in, car #1, 2, 3 etc. Stop overtaking each other every 5 seconds and hogging the road like we love doing ;) So who in VIC is up for it?

Welcome buddy. Nooo, not another white, you betray the blues! j/k White looks "fully sick maaate".
  14. I'm up for the Maccas on Western Ring, the one heading TOWARDS the city. Let me know what time to be there and I shall be.
  15. Another good movie. Thanks for that one; Never wanted a Sony anyway :P And much prefer the PC than owning a console. Of course, that may be a different story when it comes to maybe hooking one up in the car?????
  16. LMAO. Yeah, good video. Entertaining before heading off to work. Judge Judy did well on this one.
  17. Loved it - wish it was a Sportivo though!
  18. I'm in Sunshine/Ardeer. Can all meet out the front :P I'm only 15 mins or so from the city, I'm right next to the Western Ring. Is there anywhere worthwhile to meet around the west? How about Sunshine Marketplace, at the Village Cinemas carpark area, further around the back is a load of open space. Is it ***** (D I C K) Smith out front? ANyway, open to suggestions. Otherwise I'll just be heading straight to the meeting point.
  19. Hmm, I much prefer my standard Sportivo one over any other I have seen. TRD one isn't bad with a short shifter kit, but I'd probably end up putting the SPortivo one back on to match the rest of the car interior. I haven't had any problems with gear shifting so it could be just me.
  20. Nice designs. I prefer the bottom right one. I'm wondering also where these could go. Rear window wouldn't be so bad. It has a very surfy feel though now that I think about it. I dunno what it reminds me of, lol. Actually, now I like the bottom right, and could put that up the top half of my rear window depending on quality. I've been told large stickers tend to fade and get crackly after a while from the sun.
  21. If you have an 05 model, which it looks like in your avatar. You can't have that grill.
  22. Well, tell us how you did it. To help out future people
  23. I am for sure coming down for the cruise. What is the exact day for Queen's Birthday. What day are we expecting to arrive and spend the first night, and what day are we expecting to book out? Should we book individually, or are we gonna book a whole level for ourselves so we are all in the same row of rooms. Or does that come after we've made our deposit that we can arrange that with the hotel. When we ring: Tell them to note you are part of the Toyota Owners Club. So that when we finalise it, we can tell them to put all TOCAU rooms together. Anyway, running list: 1. Anduin
  24. You wont be running the event, but will you be in it? Would be nice to meet more new people.
